Imas neko istrazivanje u ponudi koje je potvrdilo opadanje alergija (recimo na grinje) sa izbacivanjem mlijecnih proizvoda ili je u pitanju samo ufur trenutnih alternativnih trendova?

Kod alergij je izuzetno važno čišćenje organizma od svih toksina, patogena i teških metala jer toksini onemogućuju pravilan rad endokrinog sustava a alergijske reakcije su samo posljedica, simptom.

Mlječni proizvodi stvaraju sluz u organizmu i mogu biti alergeni koji pogoršavaju stanje. Isto kao i gluten.

Nema dokaza ni istraživanja do osobnog iskustva. Ono je jedino i važno. Ako nekome pomogne, onda je to to i ne trebaju nikakvi dodatni dokazi.

No, konkretno za ovo što sam spomenula postoje znanstvena objašnjenja i istraživanja. Sve se nađe kad se traži.

Nije iskustvo dovoljno jer zna zavarat, a imati lijepu teoriju kako nesto funkcionira nije nista bolje, lijepa teprija je i da je zemlja ploca na ledjima kornjace koja pliva u ocenu mlijeka.

To je prilicno lako provjerit, uzmes 100 reprezentativnih alergicara koji izbace mlijeko i 100 koji ne izbace pa usporedis, sve ostalo je puhanje u vjetar.

Nevjerojatan si.

Naravno da nije svima isto i zato kažem da se treba pokušati. Ako njima 100 pomogne izbacivanje mlijeka i mlječnih proizvoda - onda za njih 100 to vrijedi. Što god znanstvena teorija kaže ili ne kaže.

Danas su mlijeko i mlječni proizvodi neizmjerno zagađeni hormonima, antibioticima i sl. plus što nakon sterilizacije, homogenizacije, pasterizacije i inih acija - u tom proizvodu više nema NIČEG korisnog za organizam, što DA - vidi vraga - izaziva reakcije organizma. Nevjerojatno, kaj ne?! Ne moraš biti znanstvenik da to shvatiš.

A sad dalje - svima na volju. Svak je kreator svog zdravlja.

Ovdje se, doduše, ne ulazi u detalje ali je već dovoljno kao informacija - dakle 2 od 100 djece ima alergiju na mlječne proizvode i nisu toga ni svjesni nego uporno i dalje konzumiraju iste, pa onda nakon nekog vremena dolazi do rasula u imuniloškom sustavu (i to su podaci s web-meda, dakle, službeni).

Kod preosjetljivih ljudi, većinom se radi o reakciji na alfa-s1-kazein.

Skroz zamjena teza - pa upravo to i tvrdim - ako statisticki znacano dokaze da pomogne onda pomogne. To je osnova od koje se razvija teorija i zato eksperiment sa sto bez mlijeka i stona mlijeku pa usporedit.

Upravo je alternativno teoretizianje bez toga - puko teoretiziranje (kao i anegdotalni dokazi koji su vrloslabi), ne vidim zasto to upucujes "znanstvenim teorijama" koje se uglavnom moraju provjeravati eksperimentalno da bi bile prihvacene.

Ako imaju alergiju na mljecne proizvode jasno da ce uklanjanje istih smanjiti ili ukloniti alergiju, no pitanje je koliko stoji tvrdnja o generalnom smanjenju elergijskih reakcija kada lergen koji izaziva reakciju nije mlijeko (prasina, grinje, treva, pelud, orasidi itd), a sto mi se cini da se tvrdilo, ako sam krivo shvatio izvinjavam se na oftopicarenju

Pozdrav,

prošao sam opširno forum i još nisam našao konkretna uspješna iskustva u vezi izlječenja od alergije.
Piše se svašta da je dobro a mi alergičari smo i dalje zbunjeni probajući to a da ne djeluje.

Zato sam ja napravio kompletnu analizu tijela da vidim što je opterećeno u organizmu, da li imam kakve parazite, gljivice itd. da se znam kako dalje i što raditi.

Ustanovljen mi je slab imunološki sustav koji je na nekih (60%) i veliki stres, zatim poremećena crijevna flora, gljive u krvi i saznao koje sve namirnice "ne podnosim".
Nemam parazite, ne manjka vitamina, organi su uredu osim opterećenja na limfu zbog stresa, a koji je sada tako velik zbog alergije, tj astme, kronične upale sinusa, koje svakodnevno opterećuje živčani sustav.

Stres pokušavam smanjiti čajevima, homeopatskim pripravkom, sportom i nekom vrstom meditacije.
Izbacio sam sve namirnice koje mi smetaju, pšenica, raž, bijeli šećer, svi mliječni proizvodi, kvasac, bjelanjak, piletina.
Uveo kao dodatak probiotike, mucozink, a za gljive u krvi virago i paraprotex + homeopatski pripravci za gljive u krvi, sinuse i astmu.

Znam da je okidač za alergiju (a time i astmu i sinusuitis) stres izazvan napornim fizičkim i psihičkim radom. Na sreću danas posao nije problem.
Ali zato se do sada nadovezalo svašta i alergija se proširila. Sada nije dosta samo isključiti stres nego treba potaknuti imunitet, isključiti sve što smeta i uništiti nečim gljivice kada je imunitet sam još preslab da to napravi.

Prehrana je takva da doručak započinjem voćem ili smoothiem a uvesti ću i svježe zelene sokove.
Kuham juhe koje se sastoje od svega mogućeg povrća koje jedem za ručak i večeru.
Za ručak i večeru također jedem meso u manjim količinama (većinom puretina ili riba ili domaća svinjetina), mahunarke, integralne žitarice itd i punoo salate (bar 2 vrste) čije kombinacije mijenjam svaki drugi dan. Meso ću smanjiti na jedanput na dan ili čak na 3-4 puta na tjedan.
Pazim da ne jedem ništa zapakirano, konzervirano i pijem filtriranu vodu.
U neki post bar za sada neću ulaziti jer sam na granici između normalnog i mršavog.
Pratit ću reakcije tijela kod konzumacije hrane te isključiti ili smanjiti što mi ne odgovara.

Evo kako za mene izgleda konkretna borba protiv alergije, nadam se da će netko podijeliti svoja iskustva. Ja ću mjesečno obavijestiti da li ima pomaka i koliko.

Treba još provjeriti i stupanj zagađenosti teškim metalima i virusima (posebno EBV i Borelija).

Kod alergija se radi o tome da imuni sustav djeluje i presnažno pa ga ja ne bih baš poticala (iako nisi baš točno napisao o kojim i kakvim se alergijama radi). Osnova je čistiti organizam na svim razinama.

Ako si na antikandida dijeti, onda ne dolazi u obzir svinjetina i čim manje mesa - mlječni proizvodi nikako, nikako slatko, kava i alkohol. Potrebno je zalužnatiti organizam.

Protiv gljivica je odličan jod (lugol), MSM i posebno boraks.

Viruse treba čistiti antiviralnim sredstvima poput ionskog/koloidnog srebra, lugola, aloe vera, L-Lysine, Omega 3, sladić, havajska spirulina, cink, ashwaganda ....

Također kod autoimunih stanja pada razina D vitamina pa bi bilo dobro napraviti status ukupnog D vitamina u krvi radi pravilnog doziranja.

Homeopatija pomaže kod alergija, naravno pod uvjetom da je vodi stručan homeopat.

Teški metali se mogu čistiti, kako određenim biljkama, tako i sredstvima poput MMS-a, dijatomejske zemlje, zeolita, zelene gline, kelatora poput DMSA, itd.

Preporučujem neku od knjiga Anthonyja Williamsa kao vrlo poučno i zanimljivo štivo prepuno korisnih informacija.
