Zadani

Mažem vlasište uljima (kokosovo, ulje koštice marelice) i eteričnim uljem ružmarina, no imam veliki problem kod ispiranja toga s glave jer moram više puta šamponirati (što mi poslije dodatno isuši vlasište)...ima li itko iskustva s frakcioniranim kokosovim uljem, jel manje masno, jel jednako učinovito za upaljeno vlasište?

Nisam baš sigurna. Manjak D vitamina može biti i posljedica a isto tako ne vjerujem da si bilo kakvom prehranom mogla uzrokovati ove bolesti koje navodiš. Autoimunost se aktivira prekomjernim cjepivima i antibioticima, kao i trovanjem teškim metalima, patogenima i parazitima - a svi smo jako, jako zagađeni. Tu je još i stres zbog neprirodnog načina života koji vodimo, neznanje i nesposobnost da se psihički i emocionalno nosimo s problemima i sl., o čemu svjedoči i visok kortizol koji je hormon stresa.

Tu pomaže samo uporno čišćenje organizma, detoksikacija, nadoknada vitaminsko-mineralnog manjka i rad na sebi, na uspostavljanju ravnoteže - npr. meditacija i sl..

Pokušaj također se Karnozin-extra, to je zaista odlično, odnedavno je dostupan i u Hrvatskoj a radi na staničnoj razini.

U pravu si Jesam, prehrana je još najmanja mogućnnost, ali mislim da sam dijelom sama utjecala na manjak vitamina D jer sam sunce izbjegavala najviše što sam mogla (cijeli život tako radim jer ga ne podnosim, odmah izgorim) + koristila sam po preporuci dermatologice sunblockere (100 i 50+ faktor na licu i 30+ na tijelu i tako oko 15 godina stalno)...ovo o stresu u potpunosti stoji i to je meni osobno veliki problem...

I depresija dovodi do opadanja kose


Istraživanja su pokazala da stres čovekovom organizmu radi ružne stvari. Jednom studijom je otkriveno da žene koje doživljavaju stres, imaju 11 puta veće šanse da im opadne kosa od onih žena koje stres doživljavaju umerenog ili malog inteziteta.


Depresija nakon raskida
Depresija, recimo nakon raskida, veoma utiče na povećanje androgenog gena. Androgeni gen se pojavljuje i kod ljudi koji su svakodnevno izloženi stresu, pa se ispoljava kroz visoki krvni pritisak i opadanje kose. Naučnici su došli do zaključka da zbog ,,slomljenog srca,, i depresije kosa opada.

Žene su više izložene ovome nego muškarci. Istraživanja su pokazala da teški raskidi, teški oblici slomljenog srca, tuga i depresija mogu da dovedu do opadanja kose kod pripadnica lepšeg pola.

Sa druge strane, postoje i osobe koje pate od auto imune bolesti koje se zove ,,alopecia areata,, tokom koje negativne ćelije napadaju folikule, nakon čega dolazi do opadanja, gubitka kose.

Svakodnevna ili učestala izloženost stresu, aktivira ove ćelije. Procenjeno je da 2% svetskog stanovništva pati od ove podmukle bolesti.
