Aleks123, Optimisticna, dobro dosle na forum .

Najbolje da krenete , gdje smo vecinom svi kretali u radu na sebi , od ovoga podforuma . Tu imate dosta tehnika samopomoci; hopsanje, tapkanje, proces, afirmacije, meditacija, disanje...pa vidite sto vam najvise odgovara i tu pocnete, a ako tada zapnete na forumu se uvijek nadje netko da dalje pomogne.



...a zaboravila sam navesti i TREskanje :) ali to je, izgleda, samo moja metoda, prosto sam zaljubljena u nju .

evo ja patim od aksioznosti neko vrijeme,imam 22 god. sve je pocelo zbog naglog lupanja srca. uplašila se i mislila da je nesto ozbiljno. bila pa pregledu stitnjace, ekg, krv sve u redu. pocela me hvatati panika da nisam nesto ozbiljnije bolesna i pocela dobivati napadaje panike zbog toga. od malena se jako bojim bolnica, od samog mirisa bolnice mi dođe slabo i mislila sam da nebudem uopce mogla preživjeti vađenje krvi i hodanje na pretrage, ali eto jesam i bolje se odma osjecam. prezivjela sam najvece strahove u zivotu i nadalje mi nebude problem ici na vađe krvi i na pretrage. ali i dalje mi je stalno u glavi što ako?? što ako jesam ozbiljnije bolesna.što ako bude mi svakoga dana sve gore i gore. iako nalazi pokazuju da sam zdrava meni to nije dovoljno jer jos uvijek mislim na to da nisam zdrava. mislila sam da budem u depresiju pala. bojala sam se izlaziti van, na fax, u kafić. doktorica mi dala xanax 0,25 prvo, pa mi nije pomoglo i poslala me psihijatru koji je dosao do zakljucka da sam pod stresom zbog faxa i pritiskom roditelja zbog faxa i prepisao mi helex od 0,50. al posto me xanax od 0,25 previse umarao i bila sam dekoncentrirana dosta, doktorica je odlucila da necu piti helex nego neka samo nastavim sa xanaxom pa budemo vidjeli kak bude. eto mislim da su mi sada pocele tablete pomagati jer sam smirenija. samo se bojim da se ne navucem na te tablete. stalno sam imala crne misli u glavi i to vecinom dok sam bila sama negde. i skuzila sam da cim vise samo trebam biti među ljudim, meni dragim ljudima, da razgovaram, šetam, čitam, mislim pozitivno i nedam da me opsjedaju samo crne misli i odma se bolje osjecam. i puno lakše mi je dok citam postove od drugih i vidim da nisam jedina. psihijatar je rekao da sam dosla u tu neku fazu, da mi se sve od prije nakupljalo i da ce proci samo trebam imati vjere u sebe da mogu zavrsit fax. prestala sam nakon 2 tjedna piti xanax i pijem caj od gospine trave. veseli me to da vec neko vrijeme nisam imala napadaje panike a i nadam se da ih necu niti imati vise. I puno mi je pomogla knjiga panic away tako da ju toplo preporucam svakome.

Bravo Ketti, dobro ti ide, sve je to individualno, ne moraš se plašiti ovisnosti barem što se navedenih tableta tiče. Brzo si ih i izbacila. :)

I ja takodje citam Panic away knjigu,mislim da je tehnika koja je zastupljena najefikasnija.Ja na primer napade panike vise nemam,ali simptomi anksioznosti su i dalje prisutni.u stanju je da mi jedan dan bude potpuno dobro,da sam puna snage,dok vec drugi padam u krevet i imam osecaj da imam grip ili neku bolest.ne znam da li je to normalno i da li je sve to deo i put ka ozdravljenju?pocela sam raditi i jogu,imam volju da se borim,ali se cesto demoralisem ,jer kada pocne da mi bude lose,imam osecaj da svaki put odem tri koraka unazad...:(

nemam ni ja napadaje panike više.hvala bogu.i isto mi je tako kako i tebi.jedan dan sam ko preporođena.a drugi dan sam ko da umirem.nemam apetita.mučnina.itd.jedva da nešto u usta stavim.
imam jako puno negativnih misli i zbog toga se loše osjecam.
