nemam iskustva ali još nekih savjeta:

- uzimati bromelain do 500mg na dan(ili jednostavno povećati unos ananasa)
- vegetarijanska prehrana ukoliko je u pitanju giht
- unos željeza obezbijediti prirodnom prehranom a ne tabletama (mahunarke, alge, ribe)
- izbjegavati masno, kiselo, slatkiše, kofein, duhan i alkohol
- oboljeli od lajmske bolesti trebali bi uzimati kapsule češnjaka i tinkturu echinacea
- ulje lana 2 žličice dnevno
- pektin jabuka
- alfalfa kapsule (vjerojatno bi i klice bile od koristi)
- vanjski oblozi kaše koja sadrži kajenski papar donose privremeno olakšanje kod akutnog bola ili oticanja zgloba
- spoljna primjena ulja arnike može također biti korisna

Medom protiv artritisa (upala zglobova)

Jednu kašičicu meda pomešajte sa dve kašičice mlake vode i u to dodajte malu čajnu kašičicu cimetovog praha. Napravljenom masom polako masirajte bolne delove tela. Primećeno je da se bol smanjuje u roku od jednog do dva minuta.
Osobe koje boluju od artritisa mogu ujutro i uveče da popiju jednu šoljicu vrele vode u koju su dodali dve kašičice meda i jednu kašičicu cimetovog praha.
Redovnim pijenjem ovog rastvora može da se izleči čak i hronični artritis. Na Univerzitetu u Kopenhagenu doktori su davali svojim pacijentima pre doručka mešavinu od kašičice meda i pola kašičice cimetovog praha. U roku od nedelju dana od 200 ljudi koji su tretirani, njih 73 se potpuno oslobodilo bola. Posle mesec dana, skoro svi pacijenti koji nisu mogli da hodaju ili su se teško kretali zbog artritisa, počeli su da hodaju bez bolova.

ovo je odličan recept,samo bi htjela naglasiti da je jako važno koristiti pravi cimet iz ŠRI LANKE takozvani cejlonski cimet,a ne kassia cimet(indonezija) koji sadrži štetne tvari i ne preporuča se njegovo korištenje u prehrani...nažalost naši dućani su puni toga kassia cimeta i ja još uvijek nemogu nabaviti taj pravi cimet...

TAI CHI LIJECI ARTRITIS

Tradicionalna kineska tjelovježba poznata pod nazivom tai chi može ublažiti bolove i olakšati hodanje osobama koje trpe artritis koljena, kažu znanstvenici.

Tai chi smanjuje i depresiju

Znanstvenici su pratili skupinu osoba starijih od šezdeset godina s teškim osteoartritisom u koljenima koja je vježbala tai chi jedan sat dva puta na tjedan u razdoblju od 12 tjedana i sličnu skupinu koja je vježbala uobičajene vježbe rastezanja.
Kod onih koji su vježbali tai chi primijećeno je veće smanjenje boli, manje depresije i poboljšanje funkcije koljena te zdravlja općenito, izvijestili su liječnici pod vodstvom Chenchen Wang iz bostonskog medicinskog centra Tufts na sastanku Američke udruge reumatologa održanom u San Franciscu.

U istraživanju sudjelovalo 40 osoba

Tai chi je način vježbanja razvijen u Kini prije mnogo stoljeća. Vježbajući tai chi, osoba polako izvodi niz pokreta pri kojima mišići i zglobovi nisu izloženi snažnom pritisku i naporima. Te vježbe mogu popraviti mišićnu funkciju, ravnotežu i pokretljivost.
Osteoartritis, najčešći tip artritisa, nastaje trošenjem hrskavičnoga tkiva zglobova. Neizlječiv je i s vremenom se pogoršava. Osteoartritis u koljenu može uzrokovati kronične bolove dok osoba stoji ili hoda.
U studiji je sudjelovalo 40 osoba koje desetljećima pate od osteoartritisa, a dr. Wang napominje da bi se istraživanje moralo provesti na većem uzorku.

Zahvalna sam na ovim postovima svima..jutros nisam mogla pokrenuti ruke,ukočenost i užasni bolovi...do navečer je bolje al kad se sjetim da me to opet čeka ujutro....
