Kronični umor je bolest ili stanje, koje karakterizira osjećaj nevjerojatnog umora. Umor se pogoršava sa fizičkim ili mentalnim naporom i ne prolazi čak i kada se odmarate. Iako postoji puno teorija o uzroku ove bolesti, pravi uzrok znanosti još uvijek nije poznat.
Pošto je simptome kroničnog umora vrlo teško izmjeriti, ovo stanje sve do nedavno nije bilo shvaćeno ozbiljno. Međutim, danas se liječnici i znanstvenici slažu, da ova bolest zaista postoji i da ju je potrebno shvatiti ozbiljno.



Simptomi

Ljudi, koji pate od kroničnog umora, mogu imati cijeli niz simptoma, koji se mogu pojavljivati i nestajati bez ikakvog određenog redoslijeda.

Glavni simptomi uključuju:
• umor
• gubitak pamćenja ili koncentracije
• grlobolju
• povećane i bolne limfne čvorove na vratu ili ispod pazuha
• neobjašnjivu bol u mišićima
• bol, koja se premješta od jednog do drugog zgloba, bez crvenila ili oticanja
• glavobolju
• san, koji ne donosi odmor i osvježenje
• ekstremnu iscrpljenost, koja traje više od 24 sata, nakon fizičkog ili mentalnog napora

Dodatni simptomi:

• bol ili nadutost u trbuhu, proljev
• alergija ili preosjetljivost na neku vrstu hrane, mirise, kemikalije, lijekove
• vrtoglavica, nesvjestica
• suha usta
• bol u uhu, grudima ili vilici
• aritmija
• jutarnja ukočenost u zglobovima
• mučnina
• noćno znojenje
• psihološke probleme, depresija, anksioznost, napadaji panike
• otežano disanje
• problemi sa vidom poput zamagljenog vida, osjetljivosti na svijetlo ili bolova u očima
• naglo mršavljenje ili debljanje


Da li se je potrebno obratiti liječniku?
Ako osjećate stalan ili prekomjeran umor, obavezno se obratite liječniku konvencionalne ili alternativne medicine. Čim brže otkrijete uzrok problema, tim je veća vjerojatnost da će bolest biti na vrijeme izliječena. Osim bolesti kroničnog umora, umor također može biti simptomom mnogih drugih ozbiljnih bolesti (poput hepatitisa, leukemije, raka ili bolesti srca).

Uzrok


Od svih kroničnih bolesti, kronični umor je definitivno jedna od najmisterioznijih, jer njezin uzrok još uvijek nije jasan. Postoji nekoliko mogućih uzroka te bolesti, uključujući:

• depresiju
• anemiju
• hipoglikemiju (nizak krvni šećer)
• alergiju
• virusne infekcije (na primjer, Epstein-Barr virus ili herpes virus 6)
• nepravilno funkcioniranje imunog sistema
• poremećaj hormona u organizmu
• autoimune bolesti
• kronično niski tlak
Ponekad simptomi kroničnog umora mogu biti uzrokovani drugim bolestima (artritis, poremećaj sna, hepatitis, leukemija, rak…) ili uzimanjem određenih lijekova.

Uzrok kroničnog umora prema alternativnoj medicini:


Epstein Barr virus (HHV-4)
prije se mislilo, da je ovaj virus jedini uzrok bolesti kroničnog umora. Epstein Barr je vrlo prošireni virus (prisutan je u 95% stanovništva, ali većina nas razvija imunitet na njega). Prema liječnicima konvencionalne medicine, Epstein Barr virus povezan je sa mnogim bolestima poput infektivne mononukleoze, raka, sistemskog lupusa, multipla skleroze, reumatoidnog artritisa, kroničnog umora itd.

Candida
nepravilna prehrana, prekomjerno korištenje antibiotika, nezdravi način života mogu doprinijeti rastu candide u organizmu. U ovom slučaju, naš organizam će trošiti većinu energije na obranu od invazije candide. Prema alternativnim stručnjacima, candida može uzrokovati ozbiljne zdravstvene probleme, poput kroničnog umora, alergije, artritisa, čak i raka.

Manjak vitamina i minerala u organizmu
svi znamo da su našem tijelu za pravilno funkcioniranje potrebni vitamini i minerali. Ako nam tokom dugog vremena nedostaje određeni vitamin ili mineral, to će se sigurno odraziti na našem zdravstvenom stanju. Vrlo vjerojatno da će prvim simptomom biti kronični umor.

Paraziti
svakako su dostojni, da ih ovdje spominjemo. Imamo ih svi (prema istraživanjima, prosječni amerikanac u svojem tijelu nosi bar pola kile parazita). Paraziti rade to, što slijedi iz njihovog naziva – parazitiraju (kradu vitamine i minerale, koji su potrebni našem tijelu, a zauzvrat ispuštaju toksine, koji opterećuju organizam).

Stres
osim štete, koju može nanijeti adrenalnim žlijezdama i nervnom sistemu, stres također utječe na naš imunitet i uzrokuje gubitak vitamina. Dugotrajna izloženost stresu može uzrokovati kronični umor.

Depresija
nemojte ju podcijeniti. Ona nije samo emocionalni, nego i fizički teret.

Toksini u organizmu
na žalost, živimo u zagađenom svijetu. Toksini se nalaze u zraku, vodi, hrani i utječu na naš život. Naše tijelo ima svoju granicu tolerancije na toksine, nakon čega počinje davati uzbunjujuće signale poput pada imuniteta, stalnog umora, alergija itd. Vrlo je bitno da redovito čistimo organizam od toksina.

Jedan od uzroka kronocnog umora je i
svjetlosno zagadjenje.

Svjetlosnim onečišćenjem nepotrebno se troši energija, uzaludan je financijski trošak te nepotrebno dolazi do emisije ugljikovog dioksida (CO2) što šteti okolišu. Prirodni ritam dana i noći potreban je za normalno funkcioniranje većine živog svijeta. Leptiri, ptice, šišmiši, kornjače, kukci i druge vrste koriste zvijezde na nebu za orijentaciju. Neke vrste hrane se noću, a svjetlosno onečišćenje ih ometa u raspoznavanju dana i noći. Pretjerana umjetna svjetlost noću u nekim je ekosustavima ozbiljna prijetnja opstanku vrsta.

Prirodna izmjena dana i noći od velike je važnosti za ljudsko zdravlje. Nepotrebno umjetno noćno svjetlo za vrijeme spavanja prekida proizvodnju melatonina, hormona važnog za ljudsko zdravlje. Više istraživanja potvrđuje hipotezu, da smanjena proizvodnja melatonina dovodi do povećanja oboljenja od raka dojke, prostate i debelog crijeva. Poremećaji spavanja su također jedan od glavnih uzroka i simptoma depresije.( wiki)

Je, zato sam sretna što u mom selu nemam uličnu rasvjetu - nisam htjela da mi postave.

Coraline, neka od meditativnih tehnika bi pomogla za opuštanje jer se vjerojatno radi i o kroničnoj tenziji.

Mislim da bi reiki pomogao za bržu regeneraciju i dodatnu energiju.

Dečka mi umara smjenski rad i trening u teretani i još ga k tome i leđa bole.... Teško je s tim smjenskim radom, tražim neke suplemente da mu uvalim, pa da mu stres bude manji...
