Uz to morate vitamin K2 200mcg,Mg 400 mg i Kalcija 1200 mg na dan uzimati.Vitamin K2 se preporucuje za doze D3 vece od 20.000 I.E.
Ljeti D3 ne treba dodatno uzimati,dovoljno se izloziti suncu otprilike pola sata (zastitne kreme se ne smiju koristiti)

K2 se dozira prema dozi D3 i uzima se i kod manjih doza, ne vidim zašto samo kod visokih. Omjer je 1:20. Ja uzimam 10.000 UI D3 i 500 mcg K2 u obliku MK4 jer K2 ima čitav niz koristi za organizam. Magnezija se može uzimati i više. 500 mg minimalno a kod specifičnih smetnji i više, samo ne u jednom uzimanju jer je 500 mg količina koju organizam može apsorbirati, ostalo se izlučuje mokraćom. Može se uz oralno uzimanje koristiti i magnezijevo ulje topikalno da se izbjegnu eventualne probavne smetnje.

Kalcija 1500 mg ali je bitno u kojem je obliku jer snisu svi bioraspoloživi. Najbolji kalcijev preparat je kalcijev orotat.

Ljudi s autoimunim i upalnim stanjima uzimaju D3 i ljeti jer ga ne mogu dovoljno pohraniti u jetri.

Optimalna vrijednost je minimalno 80-100 ng/ml.

Napisao sam iz vlastitog iskustva.
K2 se nalazi u povrcu/mahunarke te je sa tih 200 mcg dovoljno.Magnezijcitrat moze tijelo apsorbirati samo 80 mg u komadu pa se preporucuje uzimati vise puta na dan po 80 mg u razmacima od 3 sata otprilike.Moze se uzimati do 3 gr. ali se treba postepeno navikavati.
Meni je pocetna doza D3 bila 40.000 IE prvih mjesec dana a nakon toga svaki sljedecii mj. 20.000 IE (1 god.),sad uzmem svakih 7 dana.
Optimalna vrijednost varira od osobe do osobe,nismo svi isti.

Upravo gledam jedan video na yt od Raimund von Heldena koji kaze da se D3 aktivira hladnim kupkama po Kneipu.
Svaka njima cast ali ja u hladnu vodu ne ulazim,dobro je i ovako.

Zato je bolje uzimati magnezij klorid heksahidrat jer se on apsorbira daleko najbolje a od njega se lako napravi i magnezijevo ulje za topikalnu primjenu u transdermalnoj terapiji - da ne kažem kako je i najjeftiniji.

Apsorpcija rapidno opada kad se odjednom unese više od 200 mg, pa je važno uzimati magnezij podijeljen u više doza tijekom dana. Ja uzimam ujutro i navečer plus transdermalno.

Magnezijev klorid može se dodavati u hranu i piće, poput soka. Ja ga miješam sa sokom u koji dodajem i C-vitamin u obliku natrijevog askorbata i MSM, četvrtinu čajne žličice odjednom. Kad su prisutni faktori poput stresa, visoke životne dobi, kardiovaskularnih problema i znakova kalcifikacije, mnogi zdravstveni radnici savjetuju doze do 1000 mg dnevno. Apsorpcija magnezija u crijevu opada sa starenjem i prisutnošću gastrointestinalnih poremećaja, a posebno kod disbioze uzrokovane antibioticima i drugim farmaceutskim lijekovima.

Ja se već tridesetak godina tuširam s hladnom vodom pa mi je D nizak. Sve je to ok kod zdravog čovjeka, a bolestan ima stoijedan dodatni problem i ograničenje.

S godinama sve opada,stari se.Sa svim tim dodacima prehrani necemo se osjecati kao kad smo imali 20 g.Samo da je zdravlja koliko-toliko a za ostalo je lako.
