Nalaz hormona štitnjače je u redu, međutim potrebno bi bilo još napraviti i nalaz na antitijela (anti-TPO ili TPG). Autoimunost ne mora se odmah odraziti na hormonima štitnjače. Inače, poremećen rad štitnjače izaziva probleme s fertilitetom.

Svakako bi trebala izgubiti nešto kilograma. Na tu visinu bi smjela imati maksimalno 60 kg a poželjno i manje.

Tjelesna aktivnost je dobra za hormonalni status a od biljnih pripravaka gospina trava.

Mi ovdje nismo liječnici niti možemo davati terapije ali svakako, ako nisi zadovoljna s liječnikom, potraži drugo (pa i treće) mišljenje.

Zadani

Ja sam već dosadna, ali ja bih ti preporučila LCHF ili ketogenu dijetu. Od tog ćeš smršavit, a i uravnotežuje hormone. Dosta ljudi je pomoću LCHF izlječilo tegobe s štitnjačom. Naravno, koristi biljke i suplemente za ravnotežu, plodnost.

Vrkuta, marulja, rhodiola rosea, matična mliječ...

Slažem se.
Jedino treba pripaziti da se ne unosi previše proteina, jer pozitivno utječu na stvaranje testosterona - a nisam baš ziher je li to potrebno u njenom slučaju.

@Vrabec te dal, što se tiče težine... možda da prvo skineš višak, pa probate ponovo? Imaš puno viška, znaš da ti salo pritišće unutarnje organe i radi kuršluse po tijelu...

I rad na baušteli otapa salo i uravnotežuje hormone.
Pitanje.
Postoji mogućnost kako se u salu zadržao određeni dio otrova i slično nepoželjnih tvari koji mogu ne baš dobro djelovati na organizam prilikom otapanja istog.
Što učiniti u tom slučaju i koji su pokazatelji toga?
p. s. vrabec te dal - kaj ti je to za esperanzo, Lusi?

To treba pregrimiti i pomoći organizmu tako da unosimo zdravu hranu koja sadrži nutrijente koji su od pomoći.
Masa ljudi kada mršave nije svjesna da taj loš filing dolazi od otrova koji su pohranjeni u salu i s kojima se tijelo bori tijekom mršavljenja - pa prekinu dijetu, jer misle da im je loše od dijete.

Ooo, da! Znam neke kojima je taj efekt skoro pa neizdrživ, odvodi ih u teške depresije i samo jako snažna volja i odlučnost ali i svijest o tome da se radi o prolaznom fizičkom efektu (herxheimerov efekt) ih spašava i pomaže istrajati u namjeri.

Ketogena dijeta je restriktivna po ugljikohidrate, pa proteini i masnoće prevladavaju.
Osobno imam samo riječi hvale za proteine, meni paše utjecaj testosterona, ali nisam sigurna je li poželjan kada se radi o trudnoći.
