Kreće na fizikalnu terapiju, hoda, tu i tamo se isteže jer je još oprezan, pije B vitamine, masira se s magnezijevim uljem, kremom od lavande, aloje i hamamelisa.

Kasnije misli na plivanje.

eh ta teretana...čuo sam za slične slučajeve...ma mislim,nije teretana kriva što se to dogodilo.
ok,to je tvoje mišljenje da si mu teret na leđima(nebih se htio dalje miješati ),ja bih prije rekao da je u pitanju neodlučnost na koju stranu krenuti,pred njim stoji odluka...i po donošenju odluke popravljat će se i situacija sa diskom

Evo da nadogradim priču, akutno stanje bilo je u srpnju prošle godine. Dosta je to velika protruzija od 17 mm, neurokirug se čudio što uopće normalno hoda, inače bi takve poslao na operaciju.

Kod ovakvih dijagnoza najbitnije je ne prestati s vježbanjem i ne se jako forsirati, slušati svoje tijelo i sve će biti moguće.

I što se tiče same hernije diska, da uzmu 100 ljudi nasumično, vjerojatno bi kod pola njih našli herniju diska, bez ikakvih simptoma.
