jačanjem muskulature će napraviti potporni stup za kralješke...a to traje.Po svemu ovome on je dobio tzv. muskul fiber na psoasu...neznamo jelte kakve su vježbe bile a ako ide u teretanu može reći treneru da mu dade vježbe da to bolje prokrvi pa će doći do većeg protoka krvi koja će odnijeti mlječnu kiselinu koja zapravo i stvara bol...ili neka se obrati nekom bioterapeutu.


Najbolji način držanja muškarca je zagrljaj
Naša svijest opaža kao stvarnost ono što postoji u našoj svijesti

a nikad nije loše oprobati se sa tibetancima kad su leđa u pitanju, općenito tonus mišića i držanje se popravlja, iz iskustva govorim, a ima i tema zasebna ovdje na forumu..

Bol u leđima također može bit posljedica nepravilnog vježbanja u teretani. Zato treba bit oprezan i naučiti sve prije, te vježbati sve skupine mišića da ne bi došlo do ozljeda.

Yoga je zakon za ojacavanje misica cele kicme i celog tela.Misici pored kicme cuvaju kicmeni stub,i tako vrlo tesko moze da dodje do povredjivanja.Misici postaju jaki i elasticni.


Mislim.....dakle nisam prisutna.

Svakako da pod bolovima nikakvo vezbanje ne dolazi u obzir.Kad bol prodje ,tada ce samo telo da kaze do koje granice se moze ici,signalizirajuci to laganim bolom.Pametno je nase telo,samo moramo nauciti da ga osluskujemo i postujemo.


Mislim.....dakle nisam prisutna.
