Problemi sa dišnim organima se u znanosti dovode u vezu sa upalnim procesima. Na tom tragu možete istraživati temu.

Međutim, moja tema nije bavljenje upalama koje završavaju bolestima nego iskustvo koje meni pomaže i koje bi moglo i vama pomoć.

Prije svega da opišem moju situaciju. Ja se pokušavam nositi sa kontradikcijom. S jedne strane se izlažem napornim fizičkim vježbama do granica izdržljivosti a sa druge strane pušim duhan kojeg definitivno osjećam da mi šteti u vježbama.
Razliku na mom treningu sam primjetio uzimanjem određenih suplemenata koji su bitno ublažili utjecaj duhana i koje pobožno i danas uzimam nakon dugog niza filtracije.

Krenuo bih sa vitaminom C u svojoj najosnovnijoj farmaceutskoj formi.
Čim uzmem 500-1000 grama askorbinske kiseline, nakon 5 min. osjećam da bolje dišem.
Drugi suplement kojeg sam osjetio u disanju je Taurine. 2 grama Taurina prije vježbe je bezbroj puta ublažila teret mojih pluća. Direktno sam osjećao ublažavanje simptoma pušenja.

Molim sve ljude koji imaju problem sa disanjem da redovito uzimaju 1 - 5 grama vitamina C dnevno (jeftina askorbinska kiselina) i 3x2 gr. Taurina.
Meni ta kombinacija pomaže da sa 45 godina starosti i pušenjem radim fizičke vježbe o kojima 90% ljudi moje generacije mogu sanjati.

Mogu preporučiti Slanu sobu, kao jednu od metoda za popravak/oporavak dišnog sustava.
Nastojim gledati čovjeka kao cjelinu te bih potražio pomoć za sustav u cjelini, jer dišni sustav možda ispašta zbog nečega drugoga ili bi se popravio kao lančana reakcija kad bi se nešto drugo popravilo (npr. antioksidansi; MMS i sl.)

Evo jedne netom isprobane i potvrđeno djelotvorne metode.

Kako sam popušila neku gadnu virozu koja se spustila na bronhije i pljućica, jedna mi je frendica dala savjet što napraviti.

Kupiš kilu (ili pola kile) krupne morske soli, staviš u platnenu vrećicu pa u pećnicu i zagriješ nekih 15 min na 180 stupnjeva i to staviš na prsa i držiš dok se ne ohladi ... recimo navečer dok gledaš TV.

Kašalj, bol i peckanje - ko rukom odneseno!!!
A superjednostavno, čisto i jeftino i može se koristiti više puta!

Ovdje se radi o prsima i ne stavlja se sol direktno na kožu nego u platnenoj vreći preko odjeće. Valjda je nepotrebno napominjati da se stavlja ona temperatura koja je ugodna i podnošljiva a ne vrelo.

hmm.. dovoljno zanimljivo za isprobati.

ima li kakvu ucinkovitost za astmu i kronicne bolesti pluca? mislim vise sto se pravog izljecenja tice, ne samo simptome..

To ne bih znala - ali ne vidim kako bi imalo s obzirom da je astma autoimuno stanje pa se kao takvo treba i tretirati.

No, moguće je da olakšava simptome. Treba probati.
