Hi! Kolesterol

Imam 60 godina i zadnjih godinu dana ustanovljena mi je masnoča u krvi. Kod zadnjeg mjerenja je iznosio 6,3 mmol/L
HDL-kolesterol mi je izmjeren 2,2mmol/L a referentna vrijednost je od 1,2-5,0. Znači u granicama normale.
LDL-kolesterol mi je izmjeren 3,5mmol/L a ref.vrijednost je od 0,0-3,0. Znači blago povišen. Interesira me može li mi netko odgovoriti zašto je onda ukupni kolesterol tako visok, i jeli tome možda uzrok stres.

zato sto ti je LDL povisen zato ti je ukupan cholesterol povisen.Ali nije strasno povisenje.

Hi! Skidanje visoke vrednosti hlisterola

Ja sam takodje imala problema sa visokim vrednostima tkz.oseg holisterola.
Promenila sam rezim ishrane(potpuno izbacila punomasne proizvode, preradjene proizvode suhomesnate prizvode) iskljucivo se moja ishrana danas svodi na sveze voce i povrce i dva do tri puta nedeljno plave ribe i naravno sto vise vode pozeljno je min. 2 L a svakodnevno koristim omega 3RX 10 gr.dnevno. Nakon dva meseca vrednosti holisterola kao i triglicerida su danas u normalnim granicama.
Bitno je uvesti i sportske aktivnosti. Za vase godine bi vam preporucila setnju na svezem vazduhu min. 30 min. i naravno
zauzeti pozitivan stav i svojom jakom voljom i pozitivnim mislima sve je moguce. Bicete i sami iznenadjeni rezultatima.

Za visok kolesterol je dobro smanjiti unos ugljikohidrata i izbjegavati njihovu kombinaciju sa bjelančevinama (u jednom obroku). Svi ionako uglavnom konzumiramo previše ugljikohidrata.

Zeleni čaj je navodno isto dobar. Preporuča se jedna šalica pola sata prije jela.

Imam i ja problem sa holesterolom i dosta mi je povisen. Kod mene nije problem sa ishranom, ali nisam dovoljno fizicki aktivna. Mislila sam da su setnje dovoljne, ali bez teretane nema pravih rezultata.
Cest je slucaj da gojazni ljudi nemaju povisen H sto govori da nije glavni uzrok ishrana, mada je bitna u skidanju viska masnoce pogotovo kad su u pitanju poviseni trigliceriti koje ja nemam.
Pokusala sam sa alternativom-kokosom, cimetom, kefirom...nije mi pomoglo.
Iskljucila sma crvena mesa, slatkise, smanjila UH jos da se nateram na vezbanje.
Da, ne volim vodu i tesko je pijem u vecoj kolicini. Trudim se i to da popravim.
Znace mi vasa iskustva i ucinicu sve samo da izbegnem lekove-statine, koji mogu biti stetni za organizam.

WHO je smanjila ref vrijednosti masnoca u krvi . Ako je malo poviseno znaci da je jos uvijek ok ;) ( smanjenjem vrijednosti povecava se potrosnja ljekova za masnocu . Izvor : djelatnik jedne velike strane farmaceutske kompanije )

Ja sam koristio biljne kapi CARDIONATUR OD BIONATURE necu da ih reklamiram ali su mi zaista pomogle.koristio sam ih po upustvu,bio stalno u kontaktu sa njihovim savetovalistem,slusao sam njihove savete i povisene vrednosti LDL kao i TRIGLICERIDE sam sve skoro na normalu.Nisam koristio STATINE ali ostalu terapiju za pritisak jesam.Moj lekar je zadovoljan kao i ja,vi malom surfujte na netu pa srecno.
