Zadani

Danas nisam imala želje da kuham nešto komplicirano, jer jučer sam napravila pravu gozbu. Zato sam skuhala paštu i izmislila neki umak, a recept ću podijeliti sa vama:

Na malo ulja propržite dvije nasjeckane paprike, dodajte malo vode i 100g kukuruza šećerca. Poklopite lonac i ostavite da se kuha 5 minuta. Dodajte pasiranu rajčicu (700 ml), sitno narezanu tikvicu (1 komad), narezani paradajz (3 komada), origano, žlicu šećera i 2 žličice soli. Kuhajte na laganoj vatri još 7 minuta.

Umak prelite preko pašte i posipajte Parmezanom. Uživajte!

Zadani

Danas sam pravila francusku salatu, integralni kruh sa bućinim sjemenkama i krumpir po Ruski.

Recept za vegetarijansku francusku salatu:

1kg krumpira
1kg mrkve
200g sira/tofua
500g graška (ako koristite smrznuti grašak, prethodno ga skuhajte)
200gr kiselih krastavca
biljna majoneza ("Omegol" ili druga)

Krumpir i mrkvu skuhajte neoguljene. Ovo je jako bitno, ako želite da salata ima pravi okus. Pustite povrće da se ohladi. Ogulite ga i narežite na male kockice. Dodajte narezani sir i krastavce, skuhani grašak i dobro promiješajte. Posolite, dodajte majonezu i ponovno promiješajte.

Recept je odličan, ali ja bih ga malo promijenio. Ja bih tikvice dodao na kraju, kad sve skinem sa vatre. Puno su ukusnije i zdravije kad se ne skuhaju.
Ali, to je stvar ukusa ....

Zadani Jednostavna pašteta

Ova jednostavna biljna pašteta ima nekoliko varijacija koje možete sami kombinirati i isprobati. Evo jedne od njih:

2dl crvene leće
2dl heljde
2-3 žličice soli
1 žličica mljevenog papra
1 žličica mljevenog korijandera

Crvenu leću i helju operite i skuhajte u vodi. Vodu ocijedite, a sastojke ubacite u posudu za miksanje sa štapnim mikserom. Dodajte, sol, papar, korijander i ulje.
Najbolje je maslinovo ili bučino ulje, ali može poslužiti i obično. Ulja dodajte po potrebi tako da miksanjem dobijete pastu koja se lijepo maže.
Ovu paštetu možete čuvati u hladnjaku i kad nemate volje ili vremena za kuhanje, samo namažite na kruh i uživajte

Ah, da. Varijacije. Dobra je i obična leća sa ili bez heljde. To vrijedi i za crvenu leću.

Evo još nekoliko recepata za dobro zdravlje:

LAZANJE

Povrće

* 600 g zelenih lazanja

* 2 Kašike hladno cedjenog ulja

* 1 Kašika morske soli

Fil:

* italijanski sos

* 1 gl karfiola

* 2 veze brokolija

* 1 veza peršuna

* 100 g kačkavalja

* 250 g parmezana

* 1 Kašika origana

* ˝ Kašike ruzmarina

* 1 kašikica morske soli

Obariti lazanje u proključaloj vodi, kojoj je prethodno dodato ulje i so. Paziti da se lazanje ne prekuvaju, treba da ostanu čvrste. Oprati i očistiti povrće i obariti ga u ključaloj slanoj vodi, da se ne prekuva. Vodu ostaviti za supu ili čorbu. Začiniti povrće i dodati mu isečen peršunov list. Redati sloj lazanje, italijanskog sosa, povrća i parmezana. Složiti da bude dva reda fila. Gornji red lazanje premazati italijanskim sosom, zatim prekriti kačkavaljem isečenim na tanke trouglove i posuti parmezanom.

Spanać

* 600 g integralne lazanje

* 2 Kašike hladno cedjenog ulja

* 1 Kašika morske soli

Fil:

* 2 kg svežeg spanaća ili 1 kg zamrznutog

* 1 Kašika ruzmarina

* 1 Kašika bibera

* 250 g pavlake

* 1 Kašika belog luka

* 250 g krem sira

* 1 Kašika morske soli

Pripremiti lazanje, kao u prethodnom receptu. Oprati i očistiti spanać i blago ga obariti u ključaloj vodi. Pripremiti fil od pavlake, sira i začina i umešati spanać. Redati sloj lazanje, zatim sloj fila. Završiti sa tankim slojem fila.
