Pa kombiniranjem namirnica sa niskim i srednjim glikemijskim indeksom će ti mama izbjeći nagle skokove šećera u krvi.

Namirnice sa visokim GI-om neka zaboravi.

Gore što sam kombiniranje spomenula - npr. ukoliko za doručak uzme integralan kruh (srednji GI) uz njega jede ili posni sir (obrane mliječne proizvode, oni nemaju GI) ili ga namaže npr. marmeladom bez šećera (nizak GI). Takav obrok rezultira minimalnim povišenjem šećera u krvi.

Neće biti jer već unazad par godina je krenulo ali se još donedavno držao oko 7, pa nije bilo zabrinjavajuće. A zapravo je teško nju kontrolirati cijeli dan. Voli se ona najest sladoleda, pa onih misla groznih (ona je uvjerena da je to zdravo) i tak ... pa onda malo i pustiš jer ju to veseli... Stari ljudi su često ko djeca, nekako ti dođe žao.

nisam citao dokumente sa samog istrazivanja ali bijah ne konferenciji svojevremeno u Indiji u jednom od dva najjaca medicinska instituta (posdiplomski i istrazivacki) gdje su prezentirali svoja i druga istrazivanja utjecaja joge na dijabetes.

Dosta obecavajuce je po onome sto pokazuje, sa time da su uzorci ograniceni iz logistickih i financijskih razlozga i po vremenu pracenja i po brojnosti.

Ja ne bih to sveo na jogu posebno, na zalost nije bilo usporednog istrazivanja sa drugim oblicima rekreacije, meditacije i cega vec, mozda bi jednaki efekt imala svakodnevna setnja. Usporedba je bila samo sa uobicajenim medicinskim tretmanima bez posebnog zadiranja u zivotne navike.

Stoga mislim da je kljuc u kombinaciji umjerene ali svakodnevne fizicke aktivnosti (setnja, posebno u njenim godinama, je vjerojatno maksimum) i smanjenja stresa na neki nacin koji vec nju opusta ako toga ima (moze biti faktor).

Naravno reguliranje prehrane je prva stavka. Ja bih poceo od konzultacija sa ajurvedskim lijecnikom, ali i to treba prosiriti drugim stvarima jer se okolnosti mjenjaju, cak i svojstva biljaka i prehrambenih namirnica sa industrijskim mjesanjem u sorte bilo direktno bilo indirektno raznim nacinima uzgoja i zastite... Zatim bih nasao nekog dobrog lokalnog travara.

Sjecam se da sam u nekoj travarskoj enciklopediji kao klinac procitao nesto o caju od mahuna... barem mislim, to treba svakako dodatno provjeriti.

Sa time da je vjerojatnije da sve to drzi stvari pod kontrolom kod kronicnih bolesti, ako se piju lijekovi da ih smanji isl, nego da potpuno povrati prijasnje stanje sto je ipak iznimno rijetko sa cime god pokusavao. Naravno pod pretpostavkom da uopce ima problem ako se dobro osjeca i imala je samo jedno mjerenje takvo....

Da li bi i ovdje netko mogao napisati neko iskustvo? Imam poznanika (star samo 12godina) kojem je dijagnosticiran DIJABETES tip1. Za Tip 2 sam čula da se "lako" lakše ljeći, a za 1 da je neizljećiv. Da li netko drugačije spoznaje?
