Zadani Pitanje glede soje

Zanima me, od koje godine života mogu djeca uzimati soju u bilo kojem obliku(tofu, jogurt itd).?

Imao sam raspravu s jednim likom, koji me je uvjeravao da od tri godine života djeca mogu uzimati soju, mogu i prije ali u ograničenim količinama. Kakva su Vaša iskustva?

Pošto je moj sin alergičan na k.m od rođenja,prvi doticaj sa sojinim mlijekom bio mu je oko 8-9mj po preporuci pedijatra.isto sam ga u početku razvodnjivala dok mi nisu rekli da sojino ne treba jer je kravlje puno teže i sadrži masnoće,laktozu itd.,a mlijeko od soje ima alpro mlijko od soje posebno za djecu(light)...mi smo uzimali to ili uzmemo ono crveno bez šečera,ili od zobi koje je mlijeko dosta lagano...ma danas ima na tržištu svega prilagođeno maloj djeci,ali stojim kod toga da če djeca prije reagirati negativno na kravlje mlijeko nego sojino

U prvoj godini života beba se počinje zanimati za krutu hranu. Prve namirnice veganski hranjenog djeteta iste su kao i neveganski hranjenog djeteta: žitarice, voće i povrće. Korak po korak, obrok od majčinog mlijeka ili adaptiranog biljnog mlijeka nadomješta se kašom. S dojenjem se istodobno nastavlja koliko je moguće i nakon prve godine života djeteta. Prije navršene prve godine za kašu su prikladne žitarice bez glutena poput riže, prosa, amarantha, quinoe, kukuruza i heljde. Odsutnost glutena smanjuje opasnost od mogućih alergija.

Poslije osmog mjeseca zob, ječam i pir (dinkel) obogaćuju izbor, a nakon dvanaestog mjeseca djeca se mogu hraniti svim vrstama žitarica. Žitarice, voće i povrće u prvo vrijeme se usitnjavaju, a postepeno se daju u krupnijem obliku. Povrće koje sadrži nitrate, poput špinata, mrkve i cikle smije se koristiti samo u malim količinama jer može kod dojenčadi uzrokovati methemoglobinemiju.

Hemoglobin prenosi kisik, a nitrati pretvaraju hemoglobin u methemoglobin koji tada gubi svoju funkciju te slijedi unutarnje gušenje. Stoga, treba usmjeriti pažnju i na količinu nitrata u pitkoj vodi. Povrće iz biološkog uzgoja obično sadrži manje nitrata i osobito se preporučuje za prehranu djece. Od sedmog do osmog mjeseca kao izvor proteina služe fino usitnjene mahunarke. Osobito prikladni su crvena leća i slanutak; tofu, sojin jogurt i namaz od badema. Nakon prve godine jelovnik se može obogatiti namazima drugih orašastih plodova poput lješnjaka, indijskih oraščića, kikirikija itd. Nadalje, možemo upotrijebiti mljevene sjemenke sezama (tahini) ili suncokreta.

Majčino mlijeko je prva hrana koju bi trebalo konzumirati dijete.
Majčino mlijeko u potpunosti je prirodna hrana i sadrži sve što je potrebno djetetu.

Ako iz nekog razloga majka ne doji dijete ili ga se osim majčinim mlijekom treba hraniti i hranom za dojenčad, tada je korisno znati da postoji i hrana za dojencad na biljnoj bazi, odnosno adaptirana mlijeka na bazi soje. Takvim pripravcima se dojenčad može hraniti od samog rođenja te se može koristiti kao jedini izvor prehrane. Može se koristiti i kao zamjena za mlijeko u napitcima i jelima za stariju djecu ili odrasle.

Dijete bi adaptirano mlijeko na bazi soje trebalo konzumirati iz bočice, dok bi djeca starosti između šest i 12 mjeseci trebala moći jesti iz šalice ili čaše.
Također, sojino mlijeko se ne bi trebalo davati djeci mlađoj od šest mjeseci jer ima previsoku razinu proteina, što može dovesti do zdravstvenih problema kod djece te dobi. Bolji izbor su mlijeka na bazi riže ili zobi (više informacija u udruzi Makronova), no preporučaju se adaptirana mlijeka na bazi soje koja su posebno prilagođena za dojenčad.

Nakon navršene godine dana djeteta i dalje se može koristiti mlijeko za dojenčad na bazi soje ili se mogu koristiti obična biljna mlijeka, no preporuča se korištenje sojinog mlijeka koje je posebno prilagođenoj za dječju dob, tzv. junior.

Ja ucim iz iskustva samog sebe i iskustva mojih kolega vegana koji se skoro cijeli zivot hrane sojom i nj preradevinama,tako i svoju djecu od zaceca.

No svatko ima pravo na glas i misljenje,i ako smatras da je soja out-ok.
No osobno ne zastupam tu tezu soje kao lose namirnice,i ne namjeravam ju prestati jesti.

Hvala na info,o tome sve znam.Tu u HR donesen je zakon o GMO proizvodima.Inače ako kupujem sojine proizvode,na njima je naznačeno da nisu GMO.Za hormone,pa hmm,nije soja baš od jučer...netko je jednom napisao da to šire mesojedi,i meni se čini,haha...mi protiv mesa oni protiv soje...a koliko je meso nezdravo,i ppuno raznih hormona ,pesticida i inih takvih stvari,mislim da se soja može sakriti po štetnosti spram mesne industrije
