Osnove dečije ishrane

POVRĆE

Većina roditelja zna da bi povrće trebalo da bude važan deo ishrane njihovog deteta jer je ono dobar izvor vitamina, minerala i dijetnih vlakana. Na žalost, mnogo je roditelja kojima je dosta teško da privole decu da redovno jedu makar malo povrća, a još teže da to bude svakodnevno.

Koliko bi povrća dete trebalo da jede svakoga dana?

Postoji generalno pravilo da je dovoljno 3-5 porcija povrća dnevno, ali na osnovu piramide zdrave hrane, stručnjaci daju mnogo preciznije preporuke koje se baziraju na starosti i polu vašeg deteta.

* 2 - 3 godine - 1 šolja* povrća dnevno
* 4 - 8 godina-1 1/2 šolje
* 9 - 13 godišnje devojčice - 2 šolje
* 9 - 13 godišnji dečaci - 2 1/2 šolje
* 14 - 18 godišnje devojčice - 2 1/2 šolje
* 14 - 18 godišnji dečaci - 3 šolje povrća svakog dana

*Napominjemo da je mera 1 šolja jednaka 250 dcl. Težina u gramima varira u odnosu na volumen povrća koje stane u jednu šolju, s tim da se pod 1 šoljom zelenog lisnatog povrća podrazumeva zapravo količina koja stane u dve šolje.

Ako vam je ipak draže da računate u "obrocima", a ne u šoljama zapamtite da je jedan obrok jednak 1/2 šolje svežeg ili kuvanog povrća, 1 šolji lisnatog ili 1/2 šolje konzerviranog ili skuvanog zrnastog povrća. Obroci za mlađu decu su još manji, pa je obrok za dvogodišnjake ili trogodišnjake jednak otprilike polovini obroka za odrasle.

U prilog ovom treba reći da bi deca trebala u toku nedelje da jedu raznovrsno povrće: tamno zeleno (brokule, zelje, spanać, zelena salata), narandžasto (šargarepu, tikvu, bundevu), suva sočiva i zrnasto povrće (kukuruz, grašak, pasulj) kao i drugo povrće (karfiol, celer, krastavac, paradajz, tikvice).

Kako navesti decu da jedu više povrća?

Većina stručnjaka preporučuju da se počne rano tako što će se detetu što pre ponuditi širok izbor voća i povrća. Od pomoći će biti i ako:

* Date dobar primer tako što ćete i sami jesti povrće;
* Zajedno sa povrćem ponudite niskokalorične prelive i umake;
* Pomešate povrće sa hranom koju vaše dete već voli, na primer: kao nadev na pici, ili dodatak u sosu za špagete, ili u supi;
* Dozvolite deci da sama zasade svoje povrće ili idite zajedno na pijacu da ga kupite;
* Sveže povrće servirate kao grickalice, na primer mladu šargarepu.
* Dajete deci mogućnost da biraju. U početku ponudite male obroke i imajte na umu da neki mali izbirljivci neće ni probati novo povrće sve dok ga ne vide najmanje 10 puta na tanjiru.

Kako da privolite decu da jedu povrće?

1. Uporno ga servirajte. Ako ga deca stalno gledaju, veća je verovatnoća da će ga jesti. Ukoliko izbegavaju da ga uzmu za ručak, ponudite ga za večeru.

2. Supa je odličan način da obezbedite raznovrsne hranljive sastojke u jednom tanjiru.

3. Mnoga deca ne vole «jak» ukus i strukturu zelenog lisnatog povrća: karfiola, brokolija, prokelja. Zato ga pomešajte sa drugim povrćem.

4. Blendiranje je dobar način da jak ukus «sakrijete», a čorbi dodate boju i teksturu.

5. Izdinstajte zajedno tikvice i paradajz.

6. Napravite salatu od rendane šargarepe.

7. Izdinstajte zajedno tikvice, plavi patlidžan, luk, paradajz i pečurke.

8. Deca ponekad više vole sveže povrće od kuvanog.

9. Začinite povrće: dodajte beli luk u pire; pospite iseckan luk po prženim jajima; dodajte oraščić u jela od spanaća; u salatu dodajte krem sir; preko salate od krompira ili paste stavite iseckanu papriku.

10. Pecite povrće: plavi paradajz, luk, paradajz, pečurke.

11. Napravite sok od povrća; odlična kombinacija je šargarepa, narandža, četvrtina kupusa.

12. Servirajte raznobojno povrće na tanjiru (dugine boje obezbediće najviše hranljivih sastojaka).

13. Servirajte manju količinu povrća. Velika količina može obeshrabriti dete.

14. Uživajte u obroku zajedno sa detetom. Ako vidi da vi sa uživanjem jedete raznovrsno povrće, veća je verovatnoća da će ga i ono prihvatiti.

Moja su djeca išla u jaslice pa u vrtić, tamo su gotovo uvijek jela hranu bez problema. Ja sam im počela uvoditi krutu hranu s već 5,6 mjeseci, prema kalendaru uvođenja krute hrane.

Jedna mala anegdotica: nije nikada bilo slatkiša u kući, jeli su sve povrće i voće i meso bez bitnijih teškoća.


Samo ljubav dijeljenjem postaje sve veća

Vljada je to bila specifičnost okružja u kojem sam ja odgajala svoje dvogodišnajke, sada već starije dječake. Vidjela sam puno druge djece kojima bi slatkiši bili uvijek dostupni, i istovremeno slušala njihove majke ili bake kako govore "ništa ne jede". Djeci je prešlo u naviku jesti slatkiše i grickalice umjesto obroka.
Kada sam nabavljala namirnice za kuću, birala bih voće, slatkiše bih im davala u iznimnim slučajevima, i to u poslijepodnevnim satima, međutim nisu stajali u kuhinjskom ormariću, nije bilo pravilo da svaki dan jedu slatkiše. Kupovali bismo ih prigodno ili bi ih dobivali od rodbine i prijatelja.

Ja sam sklona debljanju, i možda je ta moja metoda bila nešto restriktivnija i radikalnija nego što se čini normalnim.


Samo ljubav dijeljenjem postaje sve veća

Moram se tu ubaciti koliko sam ponosna kad vidim svoje dijete kako za doručak maže zob,lanene sjemenke,sezam ili griz od pira sa zobenim mlijekom sve zaslađeno sirupom agave umjesto raznih lina i drugih instant hrana....Bez pol frke papa povrče(osim kelja i poriluka,ali mislim da ču promjeniti način pripremanja)...ima problema sa papanjem graha i graška zbog kore,ali to mu zmiksam pa jede "paštetu"...obožava sirove jabuke i pitu od jabuka,te sok od sviježe naranče...stalno pečem kolače,ili radim čokoladu doma i trudim se da se ne osječa zakinut vani(a kad čujem dr.djecu kaj jedu,samo meso,neče povrče,sladoled i čokolada bez granica,pa smoki itd....)
