Nisam bila jasna - nema sin više temperaturu. Opisivala sam stanje preko vikenda. Danas je dobar. Hvala na podršci!

Uspjela sam mu pomoći oblogama, tečnošću, nosala sam ga i hladila svojim tijelom dok on mene ne ugrije ... Nisam ga htjela tuširati, jer sam sebi jednom to napravila i osjećaj je gadan pa razmisli da li bi ikoga gurnuo u vodu jer temperatura vode treba biti malo hladnija nego temp tijela.

Ko nije razmišljao o ovome prije, preporučujem da počne. Spring je stavila dva odlična linka gore za pročitati.

Kad sam vidjela crnu čokoladu na spisku onoga što skida temperaturu, smijala sam se jer je sin jučer htio palačinke, pa sam odbila glatko. On nije odustajao, a ja sam shvatila da je to prva stvar koju traži da jede u stvari u dva dana, a i on ima odličnu intuiciju i bira hranu nevjerovatno. Tako su palačinci s kuhanom čokoladom pali, i nema ih više, da se zna a ni temperature

Antibiotik mu ne dajem ni inače. A ova današnja doktorica je odletila na spisak doktora kojima ne idemo više. Ostale su mi još samo dvije u domu zdravlja koje su do sada bile ok.

Visoka temperatura je ona preko 39 stepeni. Ako je dijete dobro podnosi, i ako se ne povišava, ne treba je skidati.
Osip je česta reakcija na povišenu temperaturu i javlja se zato što koža apsorbuje toksine nastale bakterijama ili virusima i izbacuje ih iz tijela na taj način.

Ne mogu reći da imam puno iskustva u tome jer smo imali sreću pa temperaturu nismo često imali.
Moj princip skidanja temperature kako djeci tako i samoj sebi, a i muž to radi, je malo drugačiji ili bolje reći obrnut od uobičajenog. Kada temperatura naraste recimo do 38 C, ja idem na ubrzano zagrijavanje. Vrući čaj i dobro, dobro pokriti i zašuškati se. Nakon minute toliko se počneš znojiti da temperatura ustvari počne padati. Istina više sam to isprakticirala na sebi, nego na djeci jer baš i nisu bila nešto bolesna. Jednom mi je samo kćerki "pobjegla" preko 39 C pa sam tada upotrijebila hladne obloge i masitanje alkoholom. Treba biti strpljiv jer tada temperatura pada, ali se i ponovo vraća pa postupak treba ponavljati i ponavljati.

Tina mi je poslala GNM temperaturnu skalu sa opisima, međutim bila je štura, možda bi se moglo pitanje postaviti i na toj temi ako se netko s foruma bavi metodom ...

Ovo je genijalno gordanaa, ko da sam ja to napisala (ljenčina), i još bi dodala, biti oprezan sa alkoholom kad su djeca u pitanju, jer im je dovoljna samo 10% količina para koje bi opila odraslu osobu!!! (govorim iz iskustva jer sam se od 1dl alkohola opila kodeva - nije bilo destilirane za peglu)



- a za muškiće jako dobro djeluje kuhana rakija (samo do 80 st. C) i V. žlica meda u 0,03L, moj muž u 25g radnog staža nema ni jedan dan bolovanja jer izliječi gripe isl. u jednoj noći sa ovakvim pripravkom...

Ne skidam temperaturu prije nego prijeđe 38,5 - 39 stupnjeva.
Važno je dijete skinuti, pokriti nekom pamučnom plahticom i davati mu puno tekučine.
Razdoblje rasta temperature je dosta nelagodno, pa je bitno onda se baviti djetetom, pričati priče, čitati, ugl. skretati pozornost.

Ja primjenjujem namakanje vodom i to vodom temperature tijela (voda ne smije biti hladna, ni bitno hladnija od tijela, već ugodna). Umoči se gazica u vodu i lagano se tapkaju ručice, nožice, lice, vrat... Obzirom da je voda topla, ne stvara nelagodu, a u dodiru s kožom počinje proces hlađenja. I tako ponavljati.
Kako kreće i znojenje, važno je mijenjati vodu, gazicu i prekrivač.

Ovo za preznojavanje s temperaturom je odlična stvar, ali se to ne primjenjuje kod djece, jer im može naškoditi.
Za odrasle je to način s kojim se ubrza bolest. I stvarno je tako jednostavno kako i djeluje, uz pijenje većih količina tekučine,treba se obuči i dobro pokriti, da se ubrza znojenje. Jedino što treba pripremiti prilično odjeće, jer se par sati redom treba preskidati. Odjeća bude mokra da se može cijediti

Kada nešto ovako pišem, onda vrlo često zaboravljaam napomenuti neke stvari koje podrazumijevam same po sebi, a to nije dobro. Ne zanm da li se i vama to događa? Nisu sve stvari razumljive same po sebi svakome. Zato ove napomene alison i lucy podebljavam!

Čitam vaše postove i pamtim - alkohol, preznojavanje - a mislim - nije preporučljivo za djecu, i onda čitam da ste to sve već napisali.

Lucy je super opisala oblogice s vodom za tapkanje - to sam i radila.

Sinoć sam napravila čaj od đumbira sa limunom... pravo je ružan, čak i sa medom. Ali sam ga razblažila s vodom i onda je puno pitkije. Naime, imao je pred spavanje opet rast temperature, ali je uz isparavanje ulja drveta čajevca nos se otvorio odmah, a valjda ovaj čaj pomogao kontroli temperature.
