Post Nesanica i depresija

Bok. Evo mene muči povremena nesanica, dva tri dana je ok, onda se dva tri dana mučim. I nakon takvih mučnih noći budem u stvarno groznom psihičkom stanju. Dno dna.
I pored toga sam u depresiji.
U zadnjih nekoliko mjeseci sam prošla stresne situacije u kojima mi se skroz poremetio san. Prije toga nisam imala problema.
Pa molim ako imate pozitivna iskustva i savjete.
Inače sam dobila tablete za svaki od tih problema. Čak i tablete koje poništavaju nuspojave prvih tableta. Ali bojim se svih mogućih nuspojava koje oni izazivaju, ovisnosti o njima i toga kako će djelovati na mene. Radije bih to riješila na prirodniji način. Glavni problem mi je nesanica i često buđenje.
Zanima me da li homeopatija može pomoći kod nesanice?

Sunnie dobrodošla!
Ja ti mogu preporučiti Bachove kapi, Red Pilla s ovog foruma koji je homeopat i terapeut Bachovim kapima.
Slobodno pogledaj i Anksioznost ima dosta ljudi koji su opisali svoja iskustva u teškim trenucima i preporuke tehnika koje pomažu.
Ja ti mogu poslati jedan orgonit, da probaš s njim.

Tablete, kao što znaš sama, nažalost nisu adekvatna pomoć jer rješavaju posljedice, dok uzrok ne diraju...
Na dobrom si mjestu i ko što rekoh Lunici, ne brini, ne postoje probemi, postoje samo solucije

Imala sam iste probleme,cesta budjenja,nesanicu i neki strah...Pokusaj navece popiti solju Gospinog caja,a uz to iojacati svoj imunitet,ja sam sebi pravila sirup od 5 limuna i 30 cenja os cesnjaka,sve se to skupa izblinda i stavi u 2l vode da baci kljuc,zatim se ostavi da odstoji 24h,procedi i pije svaki dan,po 2 velike zlice...I jos jedina jako bitna stvar,moras znati da je to samo stanje,a ne nekakva bolest,cvrsto se uhvatiti u kostac sa tim i veruj mi POBEDICEC...

Ne spavam otkad sam se rodila, mislim . Al za mene, ja nisam bolesna, već su prije bolesni oni koji spavaju i gube vrijeme , sve je varijabilno i Svakom je bolest nešto drugo . Ja u ovom svijetu ne razumijem kako itko može spavat .
Neku noć sam spavala i bila probuđena, gledam na sat u nadi da je prošlo bar par sati kad šipak 12 min, a bila sam orna i čila za buđenje kao da sam spavala 5 h . Pa mozak kaže, moraš spavati ajde ,budi kao normalni ljudi , nemoj uvjek biti specijalac.

a normalno da kvazi znanost ima 100 imena za to, pa i 100 tabletica . Bolestan si, lud si, retardiran si, imaš poremećaj ove pažnje one pažnje. Svatko zna za sebe gdje spada i u koji okvir ulazi, sve što odskače i milimetar od Ustagljenog sistema i društva -nije normalno. E pa onda mjenjajmo Normalno za Nenormalno. Jer bivše normalno- više nije normalno.
