Zadani Zrak u crijevima

Osoba je najvjerojatnije usljed stresa slabo jela i imala podrhtavanja želuca nakon nekoliko dana pojavila se kao kugla u predjelu stomaka koja je šetala po stomaku da bi se pretragama utvrdilo da je to zrak ali nema konkretnog načina da se to rješi pa bih molio za iskustva da podijelite i ponudite rješenje

neznam za tu osobu.. al sudeci po svojem tijelu.. meni bi pomoglo..

ta tehnika je generalno odlicna za ciscenje crijeva i tijela na stanicnoj razini.. dugo sam ju koristio sa fantasticnim rezultatima.. cekam jos koji dan da jos malo zatopli i nabavim jos par staklenih galona pa nastavljam..

nakon sto popijem tu vodu ujutro.. ostatak dana energija je apsolutno nevjerojatna.. nije sa ovoga svijeta.. kao na nuklearni pogon..

doduse ja svoju vodu orgoniziram.. drzim u njoj kristale.. i vrlo cesto ju solariziram..

konkretno ja imam izgleda taj problem :) inace evo vec godinu dana pokusavam ustanoviti sto mi je, ali izgleda da samo zrak previse udisem dok jedem i pijem cak.. jer od jutra kako popijem kafu nadutost pocinje, a vec navece kao trudnica ili cak sam primijetila da disem stomakom nekako pa s obzirom na kolicine stresa u toku dana onda jos vise.. inace eto je li moze bilo ko kako pomoci?? sto da radim??

Pocahontas, ne bih rekla da se radi o gutanju zraka. Nadutost i nakupljanje plinova u crijevima ukazuje na neki problem s probavljanjem a uzroci mogu biti različiti - od nedostatka probavnih enzima, preko kronične upale želučane opne do slabije funkcije jetre. A primarni uzroci mogu biti još širi.

Krenula bih s jednim antiparazitnim programom čišćenja probavnog sustava i jetre (imaš ovdje temu o tome) po metodi Hulde Clark, zatim bih eliminirala namirnice koje uzrokuju nadutost (promatraj i bilježi) - po svoj prilici se radi o mlijeku i mliječnim proizvodima. Ona nam ionako ne trebaju.

Izbaciti fermentirane proizvode a ni kava nije baš preporučljiva. Jelovnik temeljiti na zelenom povrću i ribi, ako jedeš meso, izbjegavati voće, posebno s korom i nikako poslije ili neposredno prije jela. Eventualno na prazan želudac.

Također treba izbjegavati šećere i gluten jer i na to se može stvoriti preosjetljivost.

Ne kombinirati ugljikohidrate (škrob) i proteine u istom obroku (meso i tjestenina npr.).

Dobro je zalužnatiti organizam jer i candida može biti uzrok slabijeg varenja - i o lužnatosti postoji ovdje negdje tema.

Ako crijeva nisu oštećena ili ne postoji upalni proces, postoji jedna jednostavna vježba koja pripomaže izbacivanju zraka iz crijeva.

Leći na leđa na ravni pod, privući jednu nogu trbugu dok druga noga ostaje na podu, glavu ne dizati sa poda. Priviti nogu što bliže trbuhu i obaviti je rukama i tako biti neko vrijeme( dok ne postane neugodno). Polako spustiti nogu na pod. Ponoviti isto sa drugom nogom. Na kraju privući obje noge trbuhu, obaviti ih i biti neko vrijeme u tom položaju. Polako spustiti na pod obje noge.

Vježbu ne raditi nakon jela, na pun želudac( min. 3 sata nakon obroka.....).
