Confused Nadutost trbuha

Već par dana trbuh mi je toliko nadut da neznam šta da radim,ovo više ne mogu trpiti,a čim pojedem malo kruha još se više napuše,katastrofa,od sveg toga mi dođe da uopće ne jedem par dana pa da vidim šta će biti,ne mogu vjerovati da mi kruh i ostala hrana toliko smetaju.Ako netko zna šta da napravim i ima kakvog iskustva nek se javi ili ako netko zna kakav je čaj dobar za to.

Inače imaš problema sa kruhom i pecivima? Gluten?
Probaj raditi popis svega što pojedeš tijekom dana i prati situaciju. Napravi izbor što ćeš jesti taj dan pa polako izbacuj sumnjivce.
Dok sam trošila mliječne proizvode, pomagali su jogurti i kefir.
Komorač je dobar za plinove.
Meni smeta kelj i cvjetača,kao i grahorice. Zeznem ih mljevenim kimom a grahorice ljuštim nakon natapanja.

Ma najviše mi smeta kruh to sam primjetila a ne mogu bez njega ništa jesti,još kupujem raženi sa sjemenkama,kad bi jela bijeli mislim da bi umrla,imam 55 kg a stomak mi je kao u trudnice

počelo mi je to smetati i za disanje,teško dišem od te nadutosti,a plinovi hm bar da ih imam čini mi se da bi mi bilo puno lakše, ali nemam.

Neznam šta se događa smanjila sam kruh na minimum ali ništa ne pomaže,ne spavam već par noći koje opterećenje imam u želudcu .Mislim da ako mi uskoro ne popusti da ću prestat jesti

Bobi, to ti je od rafiniranih ugljikohidrata...
Probaj dan-dva jesti samo proteine (meso, riba, jaja, sir) i povrće (osim mahunarki), pij malo više vode, kruh, pecivo, kolače nemoj ni pomirisati i trbuh će ti nestati. Već poslije prvog dana vidiš izrazitu promjenu.

Pa meso baš i ne ... ostaje u crijevima čitavu vječnost i zakiseljuje organizam što utječe na bujanje candide koja isto može biti uzrok nadimanja.

Zeleno povrće, kašasti sokovi, čak od mente i komorača. Izbjegavaj kavu, mineralnu vodu, gazirana pića ...

A kruh nadima prvenstveno zbog kvasca, ne mora biti gluten razlog.

Bobica, kad sam citala tvoj problem sa nadutosti odmah sam mislila na intoleranciju na laktozu i fruktozu. Kazes da si naduta najvise od kruha. A sto jedes uz kruh? Da li pijes mlijeko, jedes jogurt ili sir? Jedes u jutro marmeladu koja je, vec po prirodi puna fruktoze ili jedes nutelu? Mislim da bi morala ici ljecniku ili naturopatu da napravi test kako sam ti gore napisala. Izbjegavaj jedan dan mljecne proizvode, drugi dan neko voce, napr. limun, kivi, sve sta ima puno kiseline i fruktoze. Ist tako med. Ali, to su sve spekulacije, trebala bi se testirati. Jer nadutost moze biti i od kvasca i glutena. Potpuno te shvacam jer je tako bilo i kod mene, uz nadutost, grcevi i bolovi u trbuhu. Trebalo mi je pet godina, dok mi naturopat nije rekao da imam alergiju i pregled krvi je to dokazao, da sam alergicna na kazein. Uz to je dosla jos i intolerancija na fruktozu koja se sada dosta popravila. A kada ti je trbuh jako nadut, znaci, logicno, da je pun zraka, onda pomaze vlazna toplina na trbuhu. Vruca, vlazna krpica na trbuh, preko toga vruci termafor, pokriti sa rucnikom i dekom i nakon nekog vremena ide zrak van. Probaj! Zelim ti sve najbolje i da skoro ozdravis. Bok!

Kasnim "samo" 6 meseca od zadnjeg pisanja ovde,ali reći ću svoje iskustvo,možda nekome pomogne.
Bila sam kao i Bobica - non-stop naduta,bolovi u stomaku,čak nisam smela ni pipnuti stomak-i to je bolelo,ali sam sasvim slučajno našla lek za to -eterično ulje mente. Spasilo me je. Posle 20-tak minuta prestaje nadutost,a nema "izduvnih gasova" kao kada se pije komorač ili anis.
U početku sam kapi stavljala na šećer (jake su) a sada više ne. 3,4,5,(zavisi šta sam jela) kapi,brzo vodu posle njih...i mirna sam.
A i spas su protiv mučnine. Pozdrav
