Ovaj tvoj citirani post sam napisala kao klasičnu ketogenu dijetu. Kod raka je prehrana puno stroža.

Nemam ja ništa protiv složenih ugljikohidrata, no u sluđaju određenih bolesti poput tumora na mozgu ili teške epilepsije definitivno bih se pozdravila s njima.

The latest thinking on the Ketogenic Diet is as follows:
a. Carbohydrates, especially refined carbohydrates, glucose, fizzy soft drinks, high fructose corn syrup, high glycemic index foods should all be avoided. Remember, even honey is 50 per cent glucose and fructose! The ketogenic diet involves the use of only non-starchy carbs from plants.
b. The diet focuses on ´good fats´ like extra virgin olive oil, flaxseed oil, coconut oil and those of raw nuts and seeds, avocado and eggs. Whilst ´bad´ fats like trans fats and cows´ dairy are to be avoided. More than 70 per cent of calorie consumption in the cancer diet comes from ´good´ fats.


c. Protein consumption should be only light to moderate; and it should be from quality natural, fresh protein sources (pulses, fish, chicken), not dried meats and the like which can have added carbohydrate. High protein consumption can increase glutamine levels, the cancer cells reserve fuel when glucose levels have depleted. Protein also seems to stimulate the mTOR pathway which may drive cancer.

U zadnjih 5 godina rapidno je narastao broj istraživanja na ketogenoj dijeti.
Svatko tko planira na ovu dijetu treba se dobro informirati o postu, kalorijskim restrikcijama i raku.
Dijeta se mora obavljati pod nadzorom stručnjaka.
Ketogena dijeta uključuje jedino neškorbasto povrće i totalno izbacuje druge ugljikohidrate, pa čak i med.

Fokusira se na zdrave masnoće kokos, lan, maslinu, sirove oraščiće, avokado i jaja.

Izbjegavaju se transmasti i mljiečni proizvodi.

70% unosa kalorija dolazi od dobrih masti.

Unos proteina mora biti umjeren i dolaziti iz kvalitetnih svježih izvora (ribe, divljači, piletine), ne iz sušenog mesa koje može imati dodane ugljikohidrate. Visok unos proteina može povećati razine glutamina, rezervnog goriva za stanice raka. Čini se i da proteini također stimuliraju mTor puteve, kaj god da to bilo, koji mogu povećati rak.

I had stage-4 bone marrow cancer that metastasized to the brain. My brain cancer was secondary, but it what was shutting my body down quickly. I had lost over 50 pounds and was so weak I was in a wheelchair. I not only had to reverse the bone marrow cancer that was primary, I also had to quickly bring down the cancer in my brain and reverse that as well.
Ketone Bodies Feed Your Brain, Not Cancer
The brain needs glucose 24 hours a day to function. Since sugar feeds cancer, the brain is taking in sugar 24 hours a day and the cancer is been fed 24 hours per day. But, if you understand the brain, you will also know there is another FUEL the brain will use and prefers over sugar – it’s ketone bodies or keto acids. Ketones are what your body produces when it converts fat (as opposed to glucose) into energy.
I made the switch immediately to get my body in ketosis, so the only fuel my brain was getting were ketone bodies. Normal healthy brain cells use ketones for fuel but cancer cells (because their mitochondria is damaged) cannot use ketone bodies and the cancer begins to die. I still monitor my body to make sure my sugars are low and I’m in ketosis.
Toxins Destroy the Brain
There are many toxins that can pass the blood brain barrier and affect the brain. You have to minimize your exposure to toxins immediately.
Example: Environmental toxins, heavy metals, household products and cleaners, perfumes, colognes, lotions, etc. One of the hardest toxicities that damages your brain are artificial sweeteners, sucralose, Splenda®, Sweet N Low®, etc. Say NO to sugar-free processed foods that contain these artificial sweeteners, along with diet sodas, diet drinks or pretty much “diet” anything. You must read your labels. But then again, whole foods such as fruits, vegetables, salad greens, etc. don’t need labels. They are real foods. Eat more of those and minimize the processed foods!
Test, Don’t Guess
Cancer is always secondary. You need to run tests to find the cause(s) of your cancer and monitor those as well.
Here is a brief list of some of the more important tests to do:
  1. Toxicity tests
  2. Vitamin D
  3. Hormone panel
  4. Thyroid panel
  5. Fatty acid ratio
  6. Leaky gut
  7. Leaky brain
  8. Food sensitivities (IgG, IgA)
Fat Doesn’t Make You Fat – It Makes You Healthy
My favorite healthy fat I eat all day long is coconut oil. Coconut oil contains medium-chain triglycerides (MCT) and they are a great source of ketone bodies, since coconut oil is about 66 percent MCTs. Every meal and snack has to include lots of healthy fats as well as drinking a ketogenic shake 3-4 times per day. This is the easiest way to stay in ketosis and produce ketone bodies.
Stop Inflammation!
Whatever affects the colon, affects the brain immediately! I ask my patients this, “if you were to drink 3 shots of whiskey, how fast would your brain feel it?” They say, “immediately.” That’s because the colon affects the brain immediately. You have to stop inflammation and stop damaging your colon immediately and repair it.
What will damage and create inflammation in your gut and then in your brain?
  • Gluten
  • Dairy
  • GMOs
  • Food sensitivities
  • Medications (NSAIDs, birth control, pain medications, etc.)
  • Bad fats, caffeine, processed soy, and alcohol
  • High and low cortisol (excess stress)
This is just the beginning steps to reversing brain cancer. All cancers are a multi-factorial and multi-system failure. You didn’t get cancer and then get sick, you have been sick and toxic for years and THEN you got cancer. The cancer is secondary, not primary. The only cure for cancer is to get to the cause(s).
It is now five years I am cancer-free and I’m the healthiest and strongest I have ever been. Again, the only cure for cancer is getting to the cause(s)!

licno sam vise za mesny dijetu, jer ne mogu zamisliti da danima i nedejlama ne mogu popiti ni caj sa zasladjivacem.???
Moje iskustvo mesne dijete, ali na moj nacin je izuzetno. Pogotovo leti.
svaki obrok po malo suvog mesa (50 g.) Ili jedan (1) grilovani pileci batak. Bez ikakvih dodataka i vec za dva dana gubim kilograme jer nema potrebe za ketozom. Jednostavno gubim vise energije nego je unosim. Ali je obavezna setnja. 2-4 km laganog pesacenja. Za nedelju dana sam gubio i do 10 kg.
bitno je da NE upadnem u zamky da pomislim kako cu nedeljama biti na dijeti. To je psiholoski pritisak. Uz to ja volim suvo meso i lako podnosim ukus koji me zadovoljava. Setnja mi je prijatna. Nikako ne preterivati. Uz to obavezno postujem pravilo da su obroci jednaki i mali. Tako ne unosim visak hrane ali nikako ne dopustam da pregladnim. Sto pre zavrsim dijetu opet sam slobodan. Zato je kolicina hrane striktna. Bolje da traje 7-10 dana nego mesecima. Na taj nacin sprecavam gubitak misicne mase koja moze biti dramaticna kod dugih dijeta gde vam se obim struka ali i ruku i nogu prepolovi tako da ne licite na sebe.
bitno nakon dijete je ne "reci sebi" hajde da se malo opustim jer sam bio na dijeti. Nece biti stete. Hoce!!! Pre svega sto to opustanje nece ni prestati.
nisam ljubitelj ni verskih ni ideoloskih dijeta. Samo onih prakticnih ciji smisao razumem.

Ni ja nisam poklonik dijeta jer ih sve smatram jednako štetnima.

Prehrana treba biti prilagođena čovjekovom zdravstvenom stanju, količini kretanja, životnom ritmu, životnoj dobi, godišnjem dobu i podneblju a prije svega treba biti sastavljena od kvalitetnih namirnica i raznovrsna.

Ako već govorimo o načinima prehrane, onda mi je najlogičniji onaj ajurvedski, gdje liječnik prvo određuje nečiju doshu i nakon toga određuje prehranu tako da se zadrži ravnoteža nutrijenata i zdravlja. To mi se pokazalo najučinkovitijim, jer nema na svijetu dva ista čovjeka - pa zašto bismo se svi jednako i hranili?

Ako se već želi očistiti organizam, onda je bolje i mnogo zdravije napraviti post nego smanjivati obroke ili raditi razne druge ludosti. Kod svake dijete, organizam ulazi u stanje štednje i nakon nje se kile vraćaju s osvetom u vidu lakšeg nakupljanja kila i sve težeg skidanja istih jer se metabolizam usporava a i dolazi do gubljenja mišićne mase.

Kod posta to nije slučaj jer se tada baš događa razgradnja masti ali ne i muskulature te se potiče organizam na stvaranje novih matičnih stanica pa čak i popravljanje oštećene DNK.

Apsolutno sam za post, o njegovim blagodatima nije potrebno uopće pisati.

Potrebno je probavni sistem odmoriti od sve teške hrane koju jedemo, i pogrešnog načina na koji jedemo. Mi zapravo čitavo vrijeme probavljamo, i prije nego što tijelo stigne probaviti obrok koji smo pojeli, vec smo u njega ubacili novi obrok. Imajte na umu da se žitarice probavljaju najdulje, i zato ih je najbolje jesti za doručak, treba im oko 12 sati da prođu citav probavni trakt, povrcu treba 6 sati, a voće se pribavlja 3 sata.

Pametno izaberite što ćete i kada jesti, ali obavezno- između zadnjeg obroka i prvog obroka treba proći 16 sati. Dakle, ako je zadnji obrok bio u 18, neka prvi broj de u 10 ujutro.

Zašto?

Zato što ćemo pustit tijelo da radi ono što mu je prirodno. Da se obnavlja. Da se liječi. Tijelo to radi onda kada nije opterećeno probavljanjem. A tih 16 sati neće vam pasti teško jer tada uglavnom spavate.


Da mi je bit plankton, pa da svitlin noću dok se oko mene kitovi koprcaju.
