Nemam pojma što se događa u tim gore linkovima jer ih ne mogu otvoriti, a možda ne znam....


ali zato imam par pitanj au vezi mršavljenja....
NAime, već se nekoliko mjeseci mučim s dijetom i nikako ne gubim kg...Unosim dosta svježeg povrća, salate, zelja, blitve a malo proteina tj dovoljno. Jedem doručak svako jutro, ručam i lagano večeram. Za međuobroke pojedem par orašastih plodova ( orah domaći, indijski ili brazilski, pistacio...)
NE JEDEM slatkiše, ne dodajem šećera ni u što ...gorki čajevi, kave..

Tjelovježba mi je na minimumu, ali ipak vodim računa....
Štitnjača je u redu...
Pijem puno vode...

Otkud da počmem , gdje griješim, ako uopće griješim...
Naime , dnevna oscilacija težine mi varira i po tri kg...?? Meni je to jasno , ali pitam se otkud i što se uopće događa?
Recimo, ujutro se natašte izvažem, obučem se, popijem kavu ili čašu vode i imam manje nego u prvom vaganju, pa onda kasnije imam više , pa opet manje i tako cijeli dan razlika nekoliko kilograma....

izbaci ugljikohidrate(brašno, paštu....), a proteine uzimaj. proteini stvaraju mišićnu masu.
zadnji obrok u 18.00 i biti će rezultata.


e da, baci vagu na 14 dana. tek onda se važi.

Ugljikohidrate UOPĆE ne jedem već skoro 4 mjeseca...osim u povrću ili orasima koje sam spomenila, a niti miliječne prerađevine..od mliječnog isto ništa, ništa...

U tri i pol mjeseca otkad sma na dijeti zabrljala sam samo nekoliko puta: oko Uskrsa i na dva pira...ali ne nešto pretjerano... Nije to trajalo duži period , možda koji dan...
Nije meni stalo gubiti 10 kg mjesečno, ma ni 5 ali čini mi se da se ništa ne mijenja... ne gubim ni kilo mjesečno...kao da uspješno održavam težinu


Na dijetu sam dospila nakon što sam bila na "zdravoj" prehrani kojoj je osnova žitarice ..neće me više vidit...ni da ih pogledam a kamoli da jedem...dobila sam sve moguće probavne smetnje ( da ne nabrajam )

Sad sam u redu, smao se čudim zašto ne mršavim


I imam pitanje: zašto se ja ne znojim..??Koliko god pila....



Što se tiče vage: mogu se ja prestat vagat , ali voljela bi znati ZAŠTO se događa ta varijacija u težini od jutra do večeri ??? MOžda bi mi pomoglo u rješenju...

varijacija je upravo u vodi
brzo skidanje kila nije ništa drugo nego gubljenje vode. jesi probala zelenu kavu?
ovdje je hvale. morala bih i ja minimum 10kg izgubiti, ali prije toga imam nešto drugo. važnije.

Moguće je i da si previše reducirala prehranu, tj.ako ćemo u kalorijama (ja ih nikada ne zarezujem) da si previše smanjila kalorijski unos. Time postižeš upravo suprotno od onoga što želiš, tj potičeš usporavanje metabolizma.

Tijelo, kao svaki živi organizam, aktivira borbu za opstanak. Pošto si ga ti isprepadala s manjkom hrane prisiljeno je, da bi opstalo, trošiti je puno štedljivije. To te zatvara u začarani krug - što manje jedeš, metabolizam je sve sporiji, a svaki "grijeh" se sve više naplaćuje.

MORAŠ tijelu dati ugljihidrata - to mu je osnovno gorivo; proteina - to su mu građevni elementi, (želiš mišiće, brz oporavak od mikro i makro oštećenja tkiva, zdravu kožu...) i masnoće - one "dobre" koje su najbitnije za funkcioniranje nervnog sistema, ali i za iskoristivost dijela vitamina koji su topljivi samo u njima.

Pokušaj ovako;
- obavezni redoviti obroci...da pokažeš tijelu da ga voliš, paziš i da mu ništa neće faliti (3 ili 5, svejedno)
- prva stvar ujutro neki svježi voćni sok ili voda ili čaj, za bolju probavu
- unutar pola sata od dizanja ZAJUTRAK!!!! NAJBITNIJI!!!! i najobilatiji, jer imaš vremena do kraja dana da to potrošiš
- ugljikohidrata najviše ujutro, navečer ništa
- proteina najviše navečer, jer se tijelo izgrađuje dok spavaš, a to te neće ni udebljati

Ostalo - povrće, voće, tekućina - znaš i sama.

I najbitnije od svega, pokušaj sama sebe osluškivati i poslušati, a ono što jedeš spremi i pojedi sa uživanjem i zahvalnošću.

Ako sam zakomplicirala....izvini, ne mogu odrediti mjeru jer mi je sve prepoznato. Pitaj ako nešto treba dalje.

Zapravo je jako jednostavno.

Zasto ? Zasto odrzavas tezinu , mozda stvarno postoji neki saboter . Istrazi ; sto bi se promijenilo u zivotu kada bi sada imala idealnu figuru ? Ima zena koje ne zele smrsati , jer se tada vide kao sex objekt i voljene su samo zbog tijela ili...lupam naravno, al to je smjer odprilike , zelis li otkriti uzrok.

OK; recimo da podsvjesno želim ostati deblja, drugim riječima....

Kako utvrditi pravu situaciju i odustati s veseljem od dijhete koja me frustrira? tj ne odustati nego naći iz nesvjesnog motivaciju za gubljenje kila...Prihvaćam savjet ako vidim u njemu imalo logike i putokaza za naći smjer..

Situacija bi mi se promjenila u moju korsit...Odjeća bi mi bolje pristajala, izlazila bi s većim užitkom među ljude, bolje bi se kretala i dobila bi na samopouzdanju..
U ovoj situaciji saboter bi mi možda bio svjesno povlačenje u kuću i izbjegavanje ljudi i događaja..MOje skrivanje u kući traje bar tri godine, a izlazim samo ako nužno moram...(u prosjeku jednom do dva puta mjesečno)

Inače izlaske smatram kaznom pa se teško natjeram pa i na one obvezatne...

Pa na alternativi smo , ponudjeno je mnogo tehnika . Nisu samo za lijecenje bolesti, nego se pomocu njih mogu otkriti uvjerenja i blokade koje nas u necemu koce i iste ukloniti . Meni je puno EFT pomogao , uspostavis na neki nacin kontakt sa podsvijesti i metes sve redom
