Ma kakva 5 obroka! Odraslom čovjeku dovoljna dva. Radi se o tome da unosiš uz minimalni volumen, maksimalnu količinu mikronutrijenata i zato ti ne treba količinski puno hrane.

Ljudima koji jedu obrađene, kuhane, rafinirane proizvode treba više količinski jer u svem tom smeću koje strpaju u sebe ima vrlo malo korisnih sastojaka (koji prežive svu tu obradu) a zbog količine unesenih uglavnom ugljikohidrata stvaraju se masne naslage koje čovjek u današnjim uvjetima života ne može potrošiti jer se premalo kreće i nezdravo živi u svakom pogledu.

Dozvoljeno je 2 puta tjedno imati neki "normalan" obrok u smislu - što ti god srce poželi: pizza, gulaš, lazanje, štajaznam ... no, mene je minula svaka želja za takvom "normalnom" hranom jer mi organizam više ne traži ništa takvoga.

Naravno da je osnovno izbaciti alkohol (posebno žesticu), kavu (koja zakiseljuje organizam), slatkiše, šećere, proizvode od rafiniranog brašna i sl., ali kažem: tu te možda drži kriza tjedan dana a kasnije ne bi više ni prinjela ustima takvo što.

Je, i ja bih opet gejzala - samo ne znam u što - mogu jedino nacrtat sunce na prozoru uljenim bojicama

uhvatila sam se nekoliko puta da osjećam fantomske mirise pizze iz jedne pizzerije di sam išla ko dijete i onda sam si kalkulirala kak bih mogla ubaciti jednu tokom tjedna, ali kad treba to provest u djelo, ne privlači me više toliko.
obično bih cijelu veliku strpala u sebe i onda kukala da kaj mi je to trebalo. sad pak imam dojam da bi bilo još gore.
mirisi hrane mi potaknu sline, ali primjećujem neku granicu između te želje i stvarne potrebe.

pred koji mjesec sam pokleknula pred 2 mekčikena nakon dugo vremena zdravije prehrane i praktički odmah su krenuli odvratni bolovi u želucu. ne bih si to više htjela.

slatkog sam se najlakše riješila, jer nisam neki sweet tooth

eto, iako nisam imala problem kojim se tema bavi, mene su mučile neke probavne smetnje koje su se drastično smanjile zahvaljujući ovakvoj prehrani.
nastavljam dalje još upornija sa što manje nepotrebnih dodataka.
