Jumping Da li zna netko neke vježbe za mršavljanje??

Zanima me ako netko zna neke vježbe koje ne zahtjevaju neku specijalnu opremu i koje mogu kod kuce raditi.Želim smršaviti i možda malo nabiti neke mišiće

Po pitanju specijalne opreme nisam kvalificiran.

Mogu savjetovat nakon par godina body-building-a i fanatičnog vježbanja neke detalje.

Ja ma ičijem mjestu bi sve zamijenio jednim kvalitetnijim sobnim biciklom ili stapperom. Sve areobne vježbe kojima se bave razni tečajevi se odnose na upravo na aerobne vježbe. Kupi bicikl i znoji se. To je vrlo direktna vježba koju ćeš platit nekom studio a bolje je da uštediš tu lovu i dobivaš ono što želiš.

Imaš sjajne programe vježbanja za koje ne trebaš sprave. Meni se sviđaju PX 90 ili Insanity. PX 90 sam probala i zbilja je odlično, vježbe su jako jednostavne, ali ubitačne..

Već ti je gore spomenut cardio i to ti je najpametnije od svega. Ako ćeš ići kupovati cardio sprave, orbitrek i traka za trčanje su najbolje ulaganje, a ako uz njih dodaš bildanje - našao si ono što tražiš. Ako ti je nabavka klupe ili utega bed, možeš negdje u garaži ili sl. postaviti šipku i barem raditi zgibove..

Da bi se rezultati vidjeli prije, obrati pozornost i na prehranu. Pojačaj proteine (ako ćeš bildati dodaj whey) i smanji rafinirane ugljikohidrate.

Svako jutro odtrči nekoliko kilometara. Ili dođi k meni pokositi i raditi na zemlji.

Nema tu velike filozofije - prilagoditi prehranu i pojačati kretanje. Vježbe su vrlo individualna stvar. Ono što odgovara jednom, ne mora odgovarati nekom drugom.

Ne postoje vjezbe samo sa mrsavljenje.
Svaka fizicka aktivnost dovodi do mrsavljanja,ako trosimo vise kalorija nego sto konzumiramo.

Ali recimo najbolje vjezba za mrsavljenje bi bile one koje trose najvise kalorija,odnosno sto aktiviraju sto vise misicnih skupina a to su cucnjevi,vratilo,trcanje itd.

Prv malo "naguraj" kondiciju a onda moze poceti sa tabata treningom kojeg ti ja rado preporucujem.
