Jod je neophodan za ispravan rad štitnjače (proizvodnju hromona) ali i drugih organa i procesa.
Procjena je da smo danas svi debelo u minusu s jodom jer je tlo osiromašeno i ne dobiva ga nitko dovoljno (osim možda ljudi uz more koji žive od morskih plodova) i otuda sve veća incidencija bolesti štitnjače.

Također služi u obrani od toksina i teških metala a zatrovan organizam još se teže bori s bilo kojom bolešću jer su receptori koji inače služe za prijem nutrijenata, vitamina i minerala, zauzeti toksinima.

To je naravno na fizičkoj razini.

Probaj - prvo kap-dvije, pa postepeno povećavaj ako ide do 8 kapi i tako max 2-3 mjeseca.

Ovisno o tome koliki ti je manjak joda. Ako osjećaš da ti je previše, smanji. Ali kap-dvije bi morala moći uzimati pod redovno.

Ne uzimati zajedno s magnezijem, c-vitaminom ili željezom - najbolje samostalno.

Meni je ok i na tašte ili između obroka ali ako ti teško pada, može i nakon jela.

Bilo bi dobro naravno prvo napraviti nalaz da se vidi koliki je manjak ali ja to nisam.

Također provjeravaj željezo.

Znači, prvo napravim pretragu količine joda u organizmu, prema tome definiram količinu uzimanja?

Željezo mi je uvijek bilo manjkavo do menopauze, sad je savršeno :)
Iako baš ne kužim tu menopauzu, nemaš ciklus godinu dana, endometrij debel kao prije 30 godina, jajašca su tu, ali neću zatrudnjeti, kao.

Pitala ju koliko je to sigurno, veli ona, ništa nije sigurno. Prasica :D

Obično popijem vitamin C natašte, nakon Euthyroxa, poslije užine popijem algu, poslije ručka alfa lipoičnu kiselinu, jer me inače izgori ukoliko prije ne jedem.
Može predvečer, kako tebi sjeda na želudac?

Ja mogu jod kad god i kako god - ne škodi mi, pa nisam neka referenca.

Feritin si kontrolirala? Hemoglobin i hematokrit?
Nije dovoljno raditi samo serumsko željezo jer nalaz može zavarati. Moguće da su ti se potrošile zalihe dok si menstruirala a to ne vidiš samo u nalazu serumskog Fe.

Jod se radi provokacijski test iz 6-satne mokraće. Znači prvo uzmeš 50 mg joda i onda 6 sati skupljaš mokraću. Ako se izluči malo, onda je manjak u organizmu velik, ako se izluči puno, onda nema manjka ili je manjak malen (postoje točni parametri koliko je to malo i puno - nemam sada vremena tražiti u knjizi).

Uz jedno ali! - s obzirom na visok stupanj zagađenja, trebalo bi napraviti i test na bromide jer ako je tijelo zagađeno bromidima, onda se neće dobiti točan nalaz joda s obzirom da su oba halogena koji pretendiraju na iste receptore.

Ipak, bolje ikakav nalaz, nego nikakav. Pa sama procijeni.

Ono što osobno smatram je da ćeš jako dobro vidjeti koliko ti joda treba kad počneš uzimati jer ne možeš ne primijetiti ako ti smeta ili je previše. Mislim da bi svakoj osobi danas kap-dvije joda dnevno ili svaki drugi dan itekako dobro došle i mislim da nedostatak joda nije upitan, samo je upitno KOLIKI je taj nedostatak.

C vitamin se može uzimate ujutru bez hrane (i bolje je tako) i to u velikim količinama, možete bez problema 5 gr. to vam je 1 čajna kašika, ali.......
obavezno morate napraviti ascorbate, to je- 1 čajna kašika askorbinske kiseline in pola te kašike soda bikarbone, na suvo promešati, dodati vode (npr. 2dcl) pričekati da prestane vrijati-izlaze mehuriči i onda popiti. To uopšte više nije kiselo, a resorbcija ascorbata je mnogo bolja.
Vitamin C možete piti sve do 15-16. sati poslepotne, kasnije ne više, jer C vitamin vam je simpatikotona namirnica kao kafa npr. i od veče doze C vitamina nečete moči spavati.

Vitamin C koji pijem je tečan, Liquid C se zove, pa sam ga počela piti ujutro u malo vode umjesto one klasične kombinacije s limunom.
Kad sam ga dobila od frendice koja se time bavi rekla mi je na tašte
Očigledno je tako napravljen da ne opterećuje želudac, na to sam inače osjetljiva, ovo prođe bez problema.

Po pravilu bih trebala prvo popiti Euthyrox, on mora biti na tašte, tu griješim.

Jesam, uvijek je pad željeza bio povezan skoro, pa s nula bodova feritina, zaista je bio na jako niskih vrijednosti.
Zadnji puta nalazi kao da cijeli život nisam bila anemična, sad se eritrociti stignu stvoriti i odmoriti, nakon toliko godina rada u nemogućim uvjetima

U rujnu idem na punkciju i vađenje svih referenci, pa ću onda više znati, nakon toga dodati lugol u pokušaju da se hormoni štitnjače i antitijela unormale.

Mogu li tamo gdje radim test na bromide napraviti i test za jod u tijelu, znaš li?

Johanson, misliš na natrijev askorbat - ne treba se s time mučiti - ima već za kupiti gotovo na iHerbu ... vrlo jeftino a traje boca sto godina.

On je nešto blaži za želudac ali meni je osobno gnjusan za piti - ko da pijem nešto između magnezijevog klorida i morske vode, bljak!

Najbolja je apsorpcija kako sam napisala kao liposomalna ili s bioflavonoidima. Natrijev askorbat nema tako dobru resorpciju, samo je blaži za želudac.

Oko količina C-vitamina se još uvijek spore - ja sam, kao i uvijek u svemu za neku umjerenost. Mislim da nam ne trebaju enormne količine.

Što se tiče vremena uzimanja - ja popijem navečer prije spavanja magnezijev klorid i C-vitamin smiješano i spavam ko beba. Isto i jod - kažu ne piti navečer zbog spavanja ... a meni baš paše.

Taman se do jutra lijepo razbudim.
