Važna napomena za one koji žele uzimati jod a imaju problema sa štitnjačom.

Prvo treba pripremiti organizam jer uzimanje joda "na suho" može još više potaknuti hipotiroidizam.

Dakle uz jod obavezno ide selen, C-vitamin, magnezij, ATP kofaktori (B2 i B3) i nerafinirana sol (morska, ketska ili mineralna) na sljedeći način:

• Selen: 200 – 400 mcg dnevno
• Magnezij: 400 – 1200 mg dnevno
• Vitamin C: 3,000 – 10,000 mg dnevno (natrijev askorbat, liposomalna ili s bioflavonoidima)
• Vitamini B2/B3 (ATP kofaktori): 100 mg riboflavina i 500 mg 'no flush' niacina, oblik inositol hexanicotinate, 1-2 x dnevno
• nerafinirana sol – 1/2 žličice ili više dnevno

Koliko vidim iz ovog drugog linka to je vezano za suzbijanje simptoma detoxa.

Općenito kljukati se s toliko suplemenata mi zvuči u najmanju ruku nepraktično, a da ne goviromo o ostalome ...

I ja sam bila tvog mišljenja, međutim - kod poremećaja u radu štitnjače to je nažalost nezaobilazno jer inače organizam ode gudbaj. Kad štitnjača ne radi, onda se ništa od toga ne može sintetizirati prirodno.

Vjeruj mi, ne govorim napamet - sve je debelo oprobano i provjereno ... suplementacija me spasila i drži me na životu.

Mislim da je to daleko bolja opcija nego se kljukati lijekovima na koje bi me medicina stavila.

Ovdje se, osim svega radi o prirodnim preparatima - koristim samo prirodne izvore vitamina poput ribljeg ulja i bioidentičnih spojeva koji se lako resorbiraju i nisu toksični, tako da pazim što i kako uzimam.

Simptomi detoksa su nezaobilazni kod uzimanja joda jer on potiče detoks a svi smo jako, jako zagađeni. Ja sam dodatno čistila organizam zeolitom - intenzivno, pa zatim jetru i žuć i sve redom. Zatrovanost organizma iznad neke normalne mjere je isto tako posljedica slabog rada štitnjače i slabije sposobnosti organizma da toksine izlučuje jer odlazi i jetra, crijeva ne rade kako treba i sto stvari.

Tko ima zdravlje, ni ne zna koliko je sretan i da bi svaki dan trebao ići na kamenita vrata pomoliti se i zahvaliti.

Sve ok, ali po ovome što sada piše na temi izgleda da se brani uzimanje joda ljudima koji imaju problema sa štitnjačom, ako ne uzimaju i ovo ostalo.

Pa ne brani se ali onda neka se ne žale na moguće posljedice. Ovdje ne govorimo o čaju od lipe za bolji san nego se bavimo endokrinološkim procesima i to su ozbiljne stvari. Jod bez selena može pogoršati hipotireozu - kratko i jasno. I zašto bi onda netko htio sebi loše, nije mi jasno?

Svatko neka odluči sam za sebe, no precizna informacija se mora dati. I uvijek svakome preporučujem da se jako dobro informira prije uzimanja bilo čega, jer svatko za sebe najbolje zna ...

Naravno ... 1-2 kapi lugola zdravoj osobi neće nikako škoditi. Kažem, ovo gore posebno vrijedi za oboljele osobe sa specifičnom dijagnozom.

No, ako se uzimaju veće količine, može doći do efekta detoksikacije, odnosno uslijed zatrovanosti organizma bromidima (halogeni koji pretendiraju na iste receptore), apsorpcija joda može biti otežana - stoga se uzima ATP kofaktor i C-vitamin koji pomaže izlučivanju toksina.

Prvo čovjek treba znati u koje svrhe što uzima - dobro je testirati se, napraviti provokacijski test na jod i onda točno znaš kako stojiš, koliko trebaš uzimati, koliko dugo, sa čime i sl.

Nažalost, često ljudi nisu ni svjesni nekog kroničnog oboljenja jer su se s njime saživjeli, pa ga pripisuju ili trenutnom stresu ili godinama ili se na simptome toliko naviknu da ih ignoriraju ili ne primjećuju ... a jako je važno biti upućen u trenutni status vlastitog organizma.

Sve suplemente nabavljam preko iHerba od brand name firmi, selen u obliku selenometionina (Solgar, Twin Lab ili Now) - pazim na čistoću preparata, da nema filera, dodataka, konzervansa, glutena, laktoze, pojačivača okusa, soje i sl.

Gdje to piše?

Ako misliš na ovu rečenicu:

Znači - treba uzimati i jedno i drugo - ako već imaš dijagnozu hipo i ako si deficijentan s jodom.
