Very angry Koje ste promene doziveli posle odvikavanje od secera (cokolada, kolaca,...)?

Konkretno pokrecem ovu temu da bi cuo od ljudi kakve pozitivne efekte su uocavali posle odvikavanje od secera a to su najcesce cokolade i kolaci. Vise bi da pitam zbog licnog motiva i onih koji budu procitali ovu temu i sami budu zeleli da se odviknuo od slatkog.

Sam sam zavisnik dosta dugo, uspevao sam na krace periode da prekinem ali neka psihicka neravnoteza, nervoza, potistenost i tome slicno brzo znaju da vrate da kompezuju moje psihicko stanje iz loseg u dobro i time povratim ovisnost.
Dnevno pojedem bar oko 100g cokolade, dogodi se nakada oko 50,60g ali najcesce bude oko 100g + sto unesem kroz druge namirnice jos xx grama secera pa time mi je sigurno dnevni unos oko 150-200g.
Problem mi je takodje sto imam opsesivnu zelju da probavam druge cokolade i cokoladne keksove. I ako mi se nesto svidi necu to redovno kupovati nego cu i dalje probaviti druge ukuse. Kao da zelim da probam sve iz radnje sta se nudi . Sem sto izbegavam one gde osetim bas puno secera i gadan ukus. Ali sada stize i novi problem - slodoledi
Takodje mi je problem da kada i kupim ne mogu a da je ne pojedem odma celu. Kolko god imam mogu jos.
Stekao sam i navikao da posle obroka, pogotovo rucka, odma jedem slatko i uvek mogu kolko god se najeo. Imam utisak da pogotovo ako je malo masnije hrana kao da onda imam jos vecu zelju.

Ono sto znam da kada se jede vise slatkog daleko je teze kontrolisati kilazu. Uvek se pred zimu ugojim par kg pa tama sredim liniju (ali iz godine u godinu sve teze) i onda na jesen sve ponovo ubrljavim. Kolko god se treniralo kada se jede slatko mora daleko vise da se trenira ne bi li se potrosio abnormalni visak unosa secera. Takodje sam primetio da se mnogo puta napise kako ljudi pri ostavljanju secera imaju vise energije, raspolozeniji su, smireniji, kvalitetniju koncentraciju i fokus imaju itd. Pa bi voleo i za ovo da cujem misljenje.

Ovde na forumu sam nasao par temi vezano za secer i ovisnost pa ih citam bas ali bi da otvorim ovu temu da cujem od ljudi koji su se uspesno odvikli. Njihova misljenja o procesu odvikavanja, kako je proteklo, kolko je dugo trajala kriza itd.

Ubacio sam i anketu, odgovoriti kolko ste dodatno svesno unosili secera. Znaci ne kada se uzmu u obzir druge razno razne namirnice koje zbog samog ukusa (i verovatno da stvore zavisnost ka istoj imaju secera).

Ne volim klišeje ali nekad jesu odgovor. Postoji razlika između gladi i emotivnoj gladi. Jedno je biološka potreba a drugo psihološka.
Nekad ljudi miješaju glad sa potrebom za zadovoljstvom.

S obzirom da se svako zadovoljstvo događa u neuronskoj komunikaciji mozga, moj fokus je orijentiran na taj mehanizam. Konkretnije serotonin i dopamin.
Proučite malo 5-htp i tyrosine.

Zbilja ne znam koliko sam šećera unosila prije odvikavanja, pa ne mogu doprinjeti anketi.
Najsnažnija kriza (moje iskustvo) je razdoblje u kojem razmišljaš da ćeš se odreći šećera, tjedan prije ili dan prije. Mene bi lovila sumanuta želja za slatkim i u tim sam trenucima stvorila prava mala umjetnička slastičarska djela. :D
Najteže je krenuti i izdržati prvi dan, a da odoliš svemu što te mami...

Kako prođe prvi dan, vidiš pomak na vagi. Nerijeto je minus čak 1 cijeli kg. To te busta drugi dan i motivira te da ustraješ. Ujedno, moguće da već ulaziš u stanje ketoze.
Treći dan je... divan. Probudiš se pola sata prije alarma na mobitelu, mentalno bistar i odmoran, nastupila je ketoza. Kada jednom uđeš u ketozu i iskusiš benefiti koje idu uz nju - odmorenost, energiziranost, polet, mentalna bistrina, nije teško izdržati bez šećera. Pokoji zajeb tu i tamo nije neki problem, jer te vremenom šećer prestane privlačiti - kako se tijelo očisti od tih pizdarija, traži te hranjive namirnice, a ne škrobe i brze šećere.
Nisam već duže u ketoze, na neke slatkiše sam se ponovo adaptirala i odgovara mi okus, ali neke slatkiše, tipa bananko, koji sam nekoć obožavala, ne mogu staviti u usta jer mi smrde na kemikalije, imam osjećaj da jedem šampon.

Potraži što više informacija o blagodatima ketoze, ohrabri se dovoljno i kreni! Sretno! :)

Nemam potreba za secerom,osim jedne vockice,i mozda jednog keksa uz popodnevnu kafu..Nisam nista posebno osetila,jer ne jedem
ni drugu zacinjenu hranu,tako da mi je okus za hranu ocuvan..

Ne jedem uopste nista sto je prejakog ukusa kao npr luk..I nisu mi potrebni surogati za secer ili pojacivaci ukusa..


Mislim.....dakle nisam prisutna.

U zadnje vrijeme sam svakodnevno jela kivi ujutro i primijetila sam da mi je smanjio žudnje u PMS-u, jer bih inače samo nešto jela... :)

Zadani

Ne planirano sam krenuo par dana vec sa odvikavanjem od secera (cokolada). Cini mi se kako je krenulo lepo vreme, Sunce po ceo dan da mi se i automatski smanjila zelja za slatkim a i sugestija je verovatno to doprinela. Juce sam hteo zbog pada raspolozenja da pojeden malo cokoladicu od oko 40g ali sam uzeo samo pola jer mi je nekako bila bljutala i previse slatka. Malo sam iznenadjen tako brzom pozitivnom reakcijom.
Stomak se naravno ne smanjuje tako brzo ali osetim kao da se uvukao, kao da ga ni nemam ali tu je jos uvek :). Izgleda da je mene slatko i naduvavalo malo vise.

Pa secer vjerojatno reagira s bakterijama u crijevima pa napuhuje.. I meni se odmag vidi razlika. A kako se tek osjećam dok pojedem obrok bez ugljikohidrata kao što sam sada jaja s gljivama i zelena salata.

200 gr. cokolade ili 2L sladoleda je otislo svaki dan bez problema nakon rucka.
Onda sam sve vrste slatkisao ostavio i imao 3-4 dana krizu i to je bilo to.Vec 2 mj. ne pomisljam na nista slatko,jednostavno nemam vise zelju.
