Icon5 Umor i malaksalost od samog budjenja pa tokom celog dana

Ovo verujem da ima dosta nas ovaj problem, takodje me muci ista stvar ali jednom u 10 budjenja ja se probudim sa vecim raspolozenjem i ako me nije probudila neka vesela vest ili legao nasmejan. Iz tog razloga sam poceo da sumljam da neke namirnice koje unosim tokom prethodnog dana reaguju na moj organizam tokom sutrasnjeg u vidu malaksalosti i mentalnog umora.
Pokusavam da shvatim situaciju u zadnja 3 dana. Prekljuce sam imao nekih problema sa stomakom. Nisam ceo dan mogao da jedem tj. grickao plazmu keks, veci deo dana sam dremao. Uvece sam porucio kinesku hranu, pirinac i slatki dezert. Legao sam kasno da spavam ali sam se ujutru probudio odmornim, raspolozenim i osecao sam se umno ornim za rad.
Ujutru sam pojeo ostatak kineske, popodne sam jeo malo neceg slatkog i pojeo bananu, bio da vezbam i odradio odlican trening (sto je i uticalo da bude odlican jer sam se tako i osecao da sam spreman da se oznojim), uvece sto inace ne praktikujem pojeo sam bio makorone i samo jedno bareno jaje. Legao cak i malo ranije ali su mi neprijatno krcala creva. Nista posebno nije uticalo (neki stres ili lose raspolozenje) da odem sa nekim negativnim razmisljanjem na spavanje.
Od jutros sam polu odmoran, osecam malaksalost u misicima i vidim da mi se danasnji dan po prilicno razlikuje od jucerasnjeg po kvalitetu psihofizickog odmora.

Pocinjem da sumljam da sam zaista alergican na neku namirnicu. Koje je produkt malaksalosti misica i mentalnog umora, koja moguce da ne dozvolja organizmu da se odmori kako treba pa sam sutradan sav nikakav.

U toku obe veceri sam uneo ugljenehidrate uvece sto inace nikada ne praktikujem ali se tako zadesilo. Ali ipak ima razlika jer nisu isti. Moje neke prve sumlje su uprete na belo brasno. Makarone se prave od njega.

Gadno je ovo stanje kada znam da ce mi veci deo dana protaci u nekom polu fizickom umoru koji cak i nema veze posle pravog umora i u mentalnom neraspolozenju.

Jel ima neko slicnih problema da je povezao sa hranom ove simptome?

Zadani

Probaj jedan dan izbjegavati kruh, tjesteninu i sl. Jedi lagano meso i povrće, jaja, gljive, a navečer malo oraha. Ili tako par dana pa ćeš vidjeti :)

Bitan je i unos hladno prešanih ulja. Ja primijetim kod sebe razliku samo od oraha.

Meso povrće i možda gljive bih ostavio -jaja su čest alergen kao i orasi ...Jedan dan je malo da bi se išta uočilo treba tako makar nedelju dana ili ako se hoće biti siguran uzima se najčešće 3 nedelje .

Jel moguce od hrane ovako da se odrazi na spavanje i psihofizicko raspolozenje sledeceg dana? Ako budem pronasao uzrok neki pa nema tu cenu za koju bi ponovo jeo neku namirnicu koja mi ovo cini.
Beli hleb i testenine se proizvode od brasna tip 500?

Jeste i to vrlo moguće samo izbacivanjem pojedinih namirnica ćeš saznati koja ti smeta, znači prvo ishranu svedeš na recimo 3-4 namirnice koje retko izazivaju intoleranciju budeš na toj dijeti koliko izdržiš idealno 3 nedelje vidiš kako se osećaš i onda postepeno uvodiš one namirnice na koje sumnjaš (imaš česte alergene na netu/ istina ovo je intolerancija ).Simptomi intolerancije na hranu se mogu javiti i kad prođe više od 24 sata ...dakle glavne namirnice koje u startu možeš izbaciti su : mleko, jaja, orašasti plodovi(orasi),hleb, riba ...itd dalje možeš naći na netu i kreirat si plan prehrane Novak Đoković je mislim čak napisao i knjigu o tome koliko sportskih uspeha duguje tome što je otkrio intoleranciju na gluten -postoje također i testovi intolerancije na hranu koji se rade u bolnici ali njihova pouzdanost varira i često nisu tačni ali jesu ekspresni
Btw brašno je brašno nema veze što je tip 500 :)

Ps sumljiva hrana se po nekim izvorima treba izbaciti na 3-6 meseci međutim već nakon 3 ned bi trebao imati više energije i uopće znati okvirno šta ti smeta evo koristan link

Ps. i ja ću morati poslušati svoj savet o restriktivnoj dijeti :D (ili napraviti test ako budem len ....)

Uzroci umora mogu biti različiti, kao i nepravilna ishrana, ali i poremećaj u radu štitne žlezde.

Pored svih saveta koje si dobio, ako si otišao da spavaš sa "neprijatnim krčenjem u stomaku" , možda si bio malaksao jer vežbaš, a nisi dovoljno jeo...na primer.

Probavam sa hlebom, danas ga nisam jeo pa cu se potruditi i narednih period.
Bas zavrsavam knjigu od Novaka Djokovica - Serviraj za pobedu. Moguce da mi se to javila malo veca svest pa obracam paznju i time sam mozda primetio neki intoleranciju...
Sto se tice nekih drugih problema za sada cu obratiti paznju na hranu tj. na neku od namirnica. Jer sam gore naveo 2 dana koja se po prilicno razlikuju
