Zadani Fobije

Fobija (grč. phobos - strah, bijeg) je izraženi trajni strah, najčešće prekomjeran ili neopravdan, a pojavljuje se u vezi očekivanja specifičnog objekta ili situacije.


Većina se ljudi boji npr. visine ili pauka, ali taj ih strah ne ometa u svakidašnjem životu. Takav strah postaje fobija kada ih onemogućuje u aktivnostima koje su do tada s lakoćom obavljali ili uživali u njima. Termin fobija odnosi se na grupu simptoma prouzrokovanih određenim objektima ili situacijama.


Jednostavna fobija

Jednostavna ili specifična fobija je trajni, bezrazložni strah uzrokovan prisutnošću ili zamišljanjem specifičnog objekta ili situacije koja ne predstavlja realnu opasnost. Izloženost objektu ili situaciji dovodi do trenutne reakcije u smislu visokog stupanja anksioznosti ili pak do pokušaja izbjegavanja objekta ili situacije. Simptomi povezani s fobijom ili model izbjegavajućeg ponašanja vezano za određene objekte ili situacije može u značajnijoj mjeri utjecati na sposobnosti svakodnevnog funkcioniranja. Odrasli sa specifičnom fobijom prepoznaju da je strah pretjeran i bezrazložan, ali usprkos tome ne mogu mu se oduprijeti.

Osoba osjeća strah prilikom dolaska u određenu situaciju koje se boji. Izraženi su fizički simptomi, koji su pojačani: znojenje dlanova, crvenilo na licu, lupanje srca, bol u prsima, osoba ima osjećaj da nema zraka (osjećaj da će se ugušiti), drhtanje ruku i nogu, podrhtavanje glasa.

* Fobije od životinja - strah od određene životinje, npr: zmije, pauci, ptice, miševi, štakori. To je najučestalija specifična fobija.
* Fobije od prirodnih pojava - potresi, poplave, grmljavine, tuča..
* Fobije od krvi i ozljeda - uključuje strah od samog prizora krvi, vađenja krvi, od infekcija.. ozljede: osoba ima strah da će se ozlijediti,iskrvariti..
* Situacijske fobije - uključuju strah od specifične situacije, npr. strah od letenja avionom, vožnje automobilom, strah od liftova, strah od zatvorenog prostora.
* Ostale fobije - strah od padanja, glasnih zvukova, strah od zamaskiranih osoba (npr. klaunova kod djece).

Primjeri su dentofobija (strah od zubara), klaustrofobija (od zatvorenih prostora), agorafobija (od otvorenih prostora), akrofobija (od visine).

Terapija


Sustavna desenzitacija - postupno izlaganje osobe predmetu ili situacije koje se boji. Idući od najblažeg straha pa do najvećeg, tj. najgoreg. Takvu vrstu izlaganja potrebno je više puta ponavljati, da bi na kraju završila uspješno. Uspješno će je završena tek onda kada se osoba prestane osjećati nelagodno u situaciji koja joj je bila strašna. Ujedno, u toj se situaciji radi tehnika relaksacije.

Tehnika preplavljivanja - izlaganje osobe odmah u najgoru fazu straha i suočavanje sa strahom. Da bi terapija bila uspješna. osoba treba biti u toj fazi izlaganja duže od sat vremena.

Također se mogu koristiti lijekovi kao što su anksiolitici, međutim njihova dugotrajna upotreba nije preporučljiva

Zadani Što su fobije

Fobije predstavljaju poseban oblik straha koji se vezuje za određene objekte, situacije, mesta ili aktivnosti. Osobe koje doživljavaju fobijski strah,svesne su da je on nerealan, nelogičan ili čak preteran. Reč, fobija potiče, od grčke reči fobos što znači bekstvo, užas, panika, strah.

Psihologinja Jerilyn Ross kaze:
Fobije su često predmet ismejavanja, ali kada vam se dogode,shvatite da smeh sa njima nema nista zajednicko! Ljudi imaju mnogo fobija, od straha, mraka itd...U najgorim slučajevima ove osobe strah paralizira, pa postaju zatočenici vlastitog doma.

Zadani

Osim kao dijete ,strah od mraka koji naravno akao se ne radi s djecom moze rezultirati fobijom od straha-niktofobijom.
Na svu srecu vise me nije strah mraka.
No ni ne mogu zamisliti kako to izgleda kada djete svoj strah dovuce u odraslu dob i s njime mora zivjeti.
Vjerujem da je to strasno.
Iako sam imao susreta s osobama koje imaju taj strah u svojoj 21-oj godini zivota.I moram napomenuti da nije niti malo ugodno.

Zadani

Jedna moja prijateljica ima strah od tunela (ne može se voziti kroz tunel), dok druga - od nečega, što se krije u vodi. Jednom smo plivali zajedno, a ona od jednom nečeg se uplaši i počinje se penjati na mene - ajme! - a baš i nisam nekakav plivač.

Rekla sam njoj: "Sve je ok, nemoj se bojati!" - ali to nije pomoglo.
