Very angry Odsutnost kada nekog slusam?

Da me nesto ne zanima i da mi je dosadno skroz je razumljivo, ali mi se desava da kada se interesujem za nesto ko mi prica imam utisak kao da sam u nekoj polu hipnozi i da ne mogu da pamtim sta mi prica. Pratim tok price ali kao da nisam u potpunosti prisutan. Primetio sam da kada mi ta neka osoba duze prica tj. vodi monolog jaci je efekat.
Mogu za sebe reci da neka prolazim kroz neke blaze aksiozne i stresne periode ali nesto vise i krupnije ne. Moze i to biti uzrok. Nekada se uplasim da nije neki neuroloski problem jer imam utisak kao da bi da se zagledam u tu osobu i padnem u blazi san :). Nije mi se tako nesto dogodilo ali takav osecaj stvaram u glavi. Mozda se samo trudim i prisilno pokusavam sebe da nagovorim da slusam, a podsvesno me ne zanima o cemu prica.
Voleo bi da cujem neka slicna iskustva i malo konstruktivnija misljenja.

Poznat problem - zove se "brain fog". Imaš li problema s fokusom i koncentracijom inače?

Karakterističan za probleme sa štitnjačom ili trovanje teškim metalima ili manjak joda, željeza i B12 - a najčešće je sve u paketu jer je to obično lančana reakcija.

Ili ako muškarac priča sa ženom a ona kaže 'ti me nikad ne slušaš' to i nije istina(ili nemora biti istina) zapravo možda će zvučati šovinistički ali muškarci ne mogu čuti žene -ok barem ne ako duže pričaju

muškići nisu baš nešto naštelani na ženske vibracije u glasu,prije bih rekao na one misli poslane pogledom
meni se to nikad ne događa kad pričam sa muškima o tehnici,informatici,građevini i sl.,....a čim počne tema o nekim ženskim temama


Najbolji način držanja muškarca je zagrljaj

Možda ta magla može biti uzrokovana zbog slabije komunikacije s ljudima.
Ali i previše šećera i ugljikohidrata može pomutit pažnju.

Imam problema sa fokusom i koncentracijom, tesko jako ulazim u mod flow sto se kaze u psihologiji. Generalno mi je to i problem, ovo sa ljudima se desava s vremena na vreme tj. kako sam gore opisao zavisi od situacija. Uglavnom posle razgovora znam da smo pricali o necemu, neke bitne detalje uglavnom zapamtim, iskustveno se secam razgovora kroz maglu. I te bitne detalje koje zapamtim shvatio sam da su to najcesce neki koje mi aktiviraju emocije. Nesto kljucno se dogodilo toj osobi pa cu zapamtiti.
Ako smo pricali o 5 tema ja cu se verovatno setiti odma bar 3 teme ostale ce mi trebati vremena da se setim. Znam da smo pricali o tome i tome ali ne zapamtim nista od toga da bi mogao da ponovim.
Ako sa tom osobom ponovo pricam posle nekog vremena u 99% ja cu se prisetiti da je on meni to pricao ali meni licno ostaje nepoznanica u glavi.
Takodje i dugodovistene sa drugarima. Ja znam da sam se lepo proveo negde, u nekom razgovoru, druzenju ali ne tako da bi znao posle da prepricam desavanje tog dogadjaja i docaram sve to. Ja uglavnom kazem bilo je odlicno ili ok ili lose. Kada me neko priupitam ili samog sebe priupitam sta mi je to bilo odlicno, odgovor bude dozivljaj mi je takav da sam se proveo tako i tako.

Isao sam par puta tako na neka razna predavanja i kurseve sto me je interesovalo. Razumem za sve to treba hvatati kljucne beleske, da se ne moze 2-4h slusanja neceg zapamtiti ali meni skoro bude ista situacija. Ja posle nisam u stanju da prepricam vise od par recenica i nekih zanimljivih stvari sta sam cuo i to najvise bude jedna do maksimalno dve. I naravno uopsteno o cemu se predavalo sam u stanju da kazem.

Zanimljivo bas da sam poceo redovno da pijem minakvinu gaziranu vodu zbog joda prvenstveno. Mozda nekih zadnjih mesec ipo dana. 2-4 case dnevno.
Sto se tice trovanje metalima ako mozes da preciziras i koji su jos simptomi kada ne radi stitasna zlezda kako treba. Licno ne osecam neke zdrastvene probleme ali nije iskljuceno da nesto radi ispod...



Inace sam presao 30-tu.

Ima ovo smisla sa ljudima i manjak komunikacije. Jel bi to onda znacilo da imam problem za duze razgovore da se koncentrisem i pazljivo slusam sagovorni(cu)ka? Meni prestavlja i gore sada napisani tekst problem. Jer ne sticem iskustvo u razgovoru sa ljudima, pa da mogu da diskutujem o necemu, prepricam itd. Uglavnom mi se zasniva komunikacija kao na pazljivom slusanju, konstatovanju i pod pitanjima. Retko kada i ispricam nesto svoje, ima i tu da imam nekulturnih sagovornika pa me prekinu ubrzo pa usledi ili moja ljutnja i molba - aj me pusti bar da kazem sta sam mislio, ili jednostavno ostanem prekinut.

Sto se tice prostih secera malo sam ih regulisao jer sam imao Heliko bakteriju, ne bas u velikoj kolicini od normale ali je bila prisutna vise od dozvoljenog. Od tada sam smanjio secer, danas mozda malo zbog nervoze :) uzmem secer ali retko kada vise od 100g pa i ako se dogodi gledam da se suzdrzim sledecih dana da ne bude bas opet tolko nego manje.
I ako vezbam 2,3x nedeljno rado bi izbacio skroz secer, skinuo jos jedno 3,4kg ali mi se neda nesto.
Slozene ugljene hidrate pa unosim ali ne bas previse. Najcesce to bude pirinac, ovsene, krompir, grasak,... znaci standardne namirnice.


Sto se tice razgovora sa zenama, pa slicna je situacija :).



Inace razmisljao sam malo meditaciju da probam, mozda ce mi ona pomoci da se "sastavim" :), pa cu potraziti forumu da vidim gde ste pisali o tome.
