Zadani Knedle od prosa i cvjetače

ovo je jedno zgodno jelo za zimske dane - može se ponijeti i kao užina na posao - i , ništa manje važno, jednostavno je za pripremu

1 šalica prosa
1 šalica cvjetače
3 šalice vode
sol, mala žličica biljnog margarina
krušne mrvice

Kad voda zavri dodajte proso i cvjetaču, posolite i kuhajte na laganoj vatri poklopljeno oko 20-tak min. Dodajte margarin i ostavite poklopljeno da se ohladi. Nakon što se ohladilo zgnječite u kašu, oblikujte u knedle i uvaljajte u pržene krušne mrvice.
Uz to možete poslužiti salatu po izboru, pa ćete imati jedan manji obrok - idealno za užinu na poslu.

Umjesto cvjetače možete dodati brokulu ili mrkvu, no brokulu kuhajte malo kraće.

Mene je ovo jelo oduševilo i često to radim jer je odlično hladno!

Inače, proso je prava namirnica za zimu!

zaboravila sam spomenuti da se od ove količine dobije otprilike 4 veće knedle...

Sve sam napravila kak piše u receptu samo je to ispao pire i uopće se nedaju raditi kuglice!

možda si dodala previše vode...
inače to niti ne treba biti jako tvrdo, no nakon što se ohladi sasvim lijepo bi se trebale oblikovati kugle...

no nadam se da ti je barem bilo ukusno...

Voda se pokuhala ali je sve bilo premekano pa sam ostavila pola sata u nadi da će se moći raditi kuglice no smjesa je potamnila i završilo je u smeću, nažalost!

ovako nešto i ja radim, ali u još vruću smjesu dodam izmrvljeni tofu (to je Tončika iz Makronove radila na jednoj svojoj radionici) - time imam potpuni obrok (i mahunarku)
zaista ne znam zašto ti ovo nije uspjelo. vrlo je jednostavno...
štoviše, ja kod kuhanja prosa imam više problema da mi se kod hlađenja stvrdne, pa ga ne volim kuhati i nositi sa sobom za ručak. eventualno da ga ohladim i narežem na kockice u neku salatu ili tako nešto
kuhan sa cvjetačom ili bundevom ostane dovoljno mekana smjesa da je ukusno i kad je hladno

inače, ja radije stavljam proso u hladnu vodu, osim ako ga pržim, jer mi je to nekako logičnije - kao kod riže koja ide u hladnu vodu; jer se žitarice ne bi smjele "šokirati" kod kuhanja, kad mahunarke

volimo proso, zakon je namirnica

a proso je i jedna od namirnica koje su alkalne, većina njih je blago kisela ....hvala na receptu
