Sori zbog čekanja, nisam svraćala...može kao quiche. A da bi bilo u skladu s temom, onda bez slanine.

  • 15 komada svježih jaja
  • 1 komad domaći čin friži sir (sir škripavac)
  • 0,5 kg prorašćene slanini (slanina crveno-bijela)
  • 1 vezica mladog luka (i bijeli i zeleni dio)
  • 1 komad pićo kvasa (kocka svježeg kvasca ili suhi kvasac)
  • po potribi (potrebi) bele muki (bijelo brašno - meko)
  • po potribi (potrebi) masti
  • po potribi (potrebi) soli i papra
U posudu u kojoj su se smiješala jaja stavi se sir izrezan na male komadice i uzdigli kvas (ili suhi). Slanina i luk se izrežu na manje kvadratiće i stave se popržiti sve dok luk ne omekša. Kad slanina i luk budu hladni, stave se u posudu s jajima i sve se dobro promiješa. U to se doda soli i papra po ukusu i brašna po potrebi. Naime, masa mora biti tako gusta da teško pada sa žlice. Oblik
za pečenje (lim, tepsija, protvan ...) se premaže mašću ili uljem, pobrašni i ulije se masa. Peče se na temperaturi od 175 st. C oko 3/4 sata.
U nedostatku sira škripavca (koji se može nabaviti u trgovini) koristite kravlji svježi sir dobro ocijeđen.
Kvasac pripremite na uobičajeni način: oko 1 dl vode smlačiti uz žličicu šećera, dodati svježi kvasac, promiješati, dodati žličicu brašna, opet promiješati i staviti na toplo da se zapjeni."

Količina namirnica se može prilagoditi po želji, ne mora biti baš toliko jaja i cijeli sir (obično je škripavac težak cca 1,3- 1,5 kg).
