i kako da dobijem zivce uopste za meditaciju iskreno kad pokusam da meditiram nikako da se smirim i samo se jos vise iznerviram.

kad sam meditirao sinoc(posto jos nisam navikao na meditaciju,samo sjednem na krevet i stavim ruke kako treba i pokusavam da se smirim zatvorenih ociju).
prvo sam imao osecaj kao da me neka energija gura i ometa me ali sam nastavio kao da je nema i onda iako su mi bile zatvorene oci imao sam osecaj kao da se prevrcem i vrtim u krug i da se sve prevrce oko mene prepao sam se otvorio oci.
dali to nesto znaci ili sam poludio?

Nema nikakve potrebe da upotrebljavaš tako teške reči, nisi poludeo.
Ponekada nam nije jednostavno da se "opustimo", i to se ispoljava na razne načine u našem ponašanju. ako ponekada imaš utisak da ti se događa nešto što ne razumeš, nemoj ni pokušavati to da razumeš, u tome i jeste poenta, to se ne može razumeti, i tu je samo da bi nas ometalo. Jedino, ali i idealno je to odbaciti, u potpunosti, kao loš film, i ponašati se kao u hali u kojoj se pušta projekcija filma koji nas ne zanima, i treba pronaći način da se oslobodiš svega što te okružuje, bilo u tvojoj oklini, ili od onoga što ti dopire u um, a ne želiš.
Za nene najveća stvar je da ljudi shvate da naš um nije zatvoren prostor, i da sve što se događa, ili što primećujemo u našem umu, nije uvek "naše" i ne sme se tako doživljavati, već se treba oslobađati uticaja takvih pojava. Kako simona kaže, pročisti se od onih "sebe" kji te ometaju, a ja kažem, odbaci ih kao da nisu "ti", i prihvati samo ono što želiš, a to ćeš biti "pravi ti". Naravno, to se uči spoznavanjem sopstvene svesti. Kod svih fenomena promenjenih stanja svesti, snova, meditacije, vizija, halucinacija, perceptivnih iluzija, mi primamo sadržaje koji nas mogu ometati, i samo trebamo shvatiti da nas oni ne smeju pokretati ili zadržavati, i da trebamo imati svoj neopterećeni um.

Biće još mojih odgovora na ove teme u narednom periodu.

Probaj meditirati otvorenih očiju, uprtih u beskraj. Vježbaj biti bez misli dok meditiraš. Kad shvatiš da razmišljaš o nečemu što moraš sutra, ili nečemu što ti je neko rekao, s izdahom isprati te misli, bez osude, i vrati se sebi. Vremenom će faze bez misli postati duže. Kasnije možeš probati zatvorenih očiju.

Ovo je i mene mucilo u pocetku
Zato jer sam u glavi imala predodzbu kako bi meditacija trebala izgledati... dakle, smirenost, opustenost itd.
I tu dolazi sve ono sto su svi prije rekli...samo promatraj...oslobodi se ideje kako bi ta meditacija trebala izgledati. Probaj usmjeriti paznju na prostor izmedju misli... itd.

A kada sam bila stvarno nervozna i slicno, bolje rjesenje je bilo da uopce ne meditiram i odem npr. hodati, ispusem se i onda vratim i pokusam opet ..ili ne

I najvaznije od svega...praksa, praksa, praksa...bar u mom slucaju

ne siluj dah..

za pocetak neka ti se meditacija bazira na tome da tijelu prepustis da dise potpuno samo.. ritmom kakvim hoce..

taj prirodan ritam disanja ce te odvesti u prirodno stanje svijesti i uma..

dakle jednostavno se smjesti udobno, zatvori oci.. prepusti tijelu u potpunosti komande.. neka dise ritmom kojim hoce bze obzira kako to bilo.. i samo drzi svoju paznju na tom prirodnom ritmu disanja bez da se uplices u njega.. ako ti misli odlkutaju nema veze.. vrati se opet na promatranje prirodnog ritma daha..

tada ce ti cijelo tijelo preuzeti taj prirodni ritam i koherenciju.. a koherencija je daleko mocnija od kaosa..

primjer je kada stotinu vojnika stupa preko mosta u korak.. most se rusi.. jer amplificiraju jedni druge.. tako i nas mozak kad je koherentan djeluje puno mocnije..
no kada vojnici hodaju svaki za sebe moze ih biti i 10 000 most ce ostati netaknut.. jedni druge ponistavaju..


dakle meditacija nije napor.. napor je koncentracija.. meditacija je put do najmanjeg moguceg napora.. ako ti je nesto naporno ti prakticiras vjezbu koncentracije, a ne meditacije..

priroda funkcionira po principu najmanjeg moguceg napora.. zato dopusti svojem prirodnom nenapornom ritmu disanju da ti bude vodic za cijelo bice u to stanje prosirene svijesti bez napora..

kada to izvjezbas eventualno ces moci u tom nenaporu obitavati konstantno.. jer ces stupoiti u neposredni kontakt sa prirodnim ritmovima svojeg tijela.. koji ce se odvijati bez energetskih grceva i zastoja radi uplitanja uma u njihove funkcije..

mkeditacija je nenaporno prepustanje nenaporu..
dakle prepusti se..
