evo i mene opet. iako sam i sam imao neka pitanja, u zadnjih nekoliko mjeseci sam se dosta informirao i dosao do mnogih odgovora pa evo da i ja podjelim sa vama neke stvari, mozda nekom pomogne.

Naime, prvo treba znati da i unutar sirovojedstva postoji nekoliko pravaca (zasto bi bilo jednostavno kad moze biti komplicirano ;) )

1. to su fruktarijanci- koji jedu samo sirovo zrelo voće
2. su ljudi koji smatraju da se nasa prehrana treba bazirati na prehrani kakvu imaju recimo majmuni (jer sa njima dijelimo 98% gena), a to je puno voća, malo zelenog listanog povrća i ponekad orasastih plodova- to bi bila visoko ugljikohidratna, nisko proteinska i nisko masna prehrana
3. su ljudi koji jedu sve sta se moze jesti sirovo

e sad, ljudi pod 1 i 2 (a ja dijelim njihovo misljenje i svrstavam se u skupinu 2) smatraju da je sirova hrana samo ona koja je bogata vodom, jer upravo ta voda pomaze probavi doticne namirnice- te stoga dehidrirane namirnice ne smatraju pravom sirovom hranom, zatim smatraju da se ugalvnom trebaju jesti monoobroci takoder radi lakse probave i bolje iskoristivosti, smatraju a imaju i za argumente da su namirnice kao npr. luk, toksicne i td. takoder smatraju i imaju argumente za to da je velika upotreba orasastih plodova (zbog vellikog udjela masti) stetne jer su masti uzrok mnogih bolesti. Oni se baziraju na jednostavnosti jer smatraju da je upravo ta jednostavnost u prehrani bio nacin kako su se ljudi hranili pred mnogo tisuca godina

znam da je netko pitao dal ima neka dobra knjiga o sirovoj prehrani, pa evo je mu mogu preporuciti knjigu dr. grem-a "80/10/10 diet"- nazalost nije prevedana na hrvatski ali od nedavno je prevedena na srpski pa je ima za kupiti u srbiji. ako netkog zanima neka mi se javi na pvt pa mu mogu dat link i konktak osobe preko koje je moze naruciti (cijena sa postarinom je 135kn) jer neznam dal smijem ovdje reklamirati druge stranice.

osobe pod brojem 3 znaci jedu sve sta se moze jesti sirovo (ili bolje receno i od one hrane koja nije za jesti sirova, naprave da na neki nacin bude jestiva) i ja osobno nekako to i ne smatram pravim sirovojedstvom jer oni kao da zele i dalje jesti sta su jeli dok su kuhali hranu, pa vi danas imate sirove pizze, krekere, sirove kolače i hrpu drugih stvari a da bi to dobili treba vam i skupi blender, dehidrator i td. - a naravno takva sirova prehrana je jako bogata masti, sto naravno nije zdravo bezobzira sto se radi o mastima biljnog podrijetla; jer kako je napisao dr. grem u svojoj knjizi: "previse masti, je previse masti"...

moglo bi se o tome pisati, ali evo ovo je bilo u kracim crtama.

Pozdrav, nova sam na ovom forumu, a i sa 100% sirovom prehranom (nekih mjesec dana) i puno sam toga pročitala već i načitala se koje kakvih mišljenja, prihvatila sam ono što se i mojoj logici i zdravom razumu činilo prihvatljivo, ali jedino mi nije jasna stvar s jodom. Ako netko zna neku kvalitetnu infomraciju ili još bolje ima vlastitog iskustva, jer je već dugo na sirovoj prehrani, bila bih zahvalna na odgovoru. Zanima me vezano uz tzv.goitrogene biljke, znači sve one koje ja jedem ustvari i volim (brokula, kelj, cvjetača, kupus itd.), koliko ima istine u tome da remete apsorpciju joda, ako se jedu sirove i zna li se uopće da je netko na sirovoj hrani doživio deficijenciju joda, odnosno probleme sa štitnjačom? Treba li se pod obavezno jesti alge onda?

Ako imaš zdravu štitnjaču, mislim da ne trebaš brinuti, ali u slučaju nekih poremećaja, to bi moglo biti dodatni problem.

U svakom slučaju, mislim da je pola-pola (kuhano-sirovo) daleko bolja varijanta. Nisam za ekstreme, više za raznovrsnost i uravnoteženost.

Hvala ti na odgovoru, nisam ni ja za ekstreme, bolje je osluškivat tijelo uvijek. Nemam problema sa štitnjačom, ali se pokušavam riješiti candide,što je bio i jedan od razloga za ovu prehranu, u biti sam prešla na sirovo jer sam počela žudjeti jako za svježom hranom, pojela bih nešto kuhano i poželjela se najesti jabuka, banana i sl. i to mi je bio dovoljan znak, ali kako sam počela i istraživati to malo više, naišla sam na hrpu oprečnih informacija pa koje kakvi strahovi i sumnje prorade... :D. Držat ću se zasad sirove brokule i ostalog pa ćemo vidjet :)

Pa, mislim da ti je bolje onda blendati zelene kašaste sokove nego jesti sirovu brokulu i karfiol. Ne vidim baš puno smisla u tome.

Recimo doručak i gablec ti mogu biti zeleni smoothiji a u ostatku dana jedeš kuhano. To je vrlo dobar kompromis.

Miksam ja njih, bez brige :D, nije mi ni sila jest karfiol toliko, al eto brokulu i kelj volim stvarno pa me sam htjela provjerit s tim jodom. Bila sam dva mjeseca na takvoj prehrani i nije bilo pomaka baš, sad mi se napokon kad sam izbacila kuhano probava popravila i sinusi mi se čiste i ostatak, jer sam imala candidu po cijelom tijelu

za kandidu ti je najbolje BORAKS.Uzmeš 1 čajnu kašiku (punu-punu) boraksa u 1 litru vode.
Piješ 3 puta na dan po 50 ml (0,5 dcl)-mješano sa još vode na prazan stomak.

Hm nisam čula nista za boraks, ali koristim sodu bikarbonu. Znam stvarno dosta već o candidi, prošla sam s njom svašta haha zanimalo me samo ovo za jod, ali hvala svejedno :))
