Moja stara je prije imala česte migrene. Kako je drastično smanjila korištenje Vegete i uvela suhe i svježe začine, glavobolje i migrene su joj se totalno prorjedile. Moja baka ima recept za home made Vegetu, pokušati ću pronaći i postati.

DOMAĆA VEGETA

Sastojci:
1 kg mrkve, 1 kg paprika, 25 dkg peršinovog korijena, 25 dkg celerovog korijena, 25 dkg korabice, 25 dkg poriluka, 25 dkg lišća od peršina i celera, 80 dkg soli

Povrće dobro operemo, očistimo od koštica i dobro osušimo. Sve sameljemo u mašini koja se obično koristi za mljevenje mesa, dodamo sol i sve dobro pomiješamo. Stvorit će nam se pritom veća količina tekućine, ali ona će se kasnije prožeti s povrćem. Vegetu pokrijemo krpom i ostavimo na sobnoj temperaturi 12 sati. Poslije toga smjesu još jednom dobro promiješamo i spremamo u staklenke pripremljene kao i u prethodnom receptu. Možda nam se čini da je pravljenje domaće vegete prenaporno i komplicirano, ali trud se svakako isplati jer je puno zdravija od kupljenih pripravaka. Ta količina traje oko 2 godine i nevjerojatno poboljšava okus svih jela. Od vegete možete i spremiti i brze juhe ili umake tako da skraćuje pripremu mnogih jela.

Prije nekoliko dana kupila sam u trgovini Vegetu Natur - bez dodanih aroma i bojila i bez pojačivača okusa! (još uvijek sadrži šećer)

Vegeta Natur nastala je potpuno prirodno, od pod suncem uzgojenog povrća i bez ikakvih dodataka. Za jedno pakiranje Vegete Natur korišteno je 450 g svježeg povrća. Proizvod ne sadrži pojačivače okusa, arome ni bojila.
Za kuhanje s ljubavlju i potpuni užitak u bogatstvu prirodnih okusa i mirisa!
Sastojci: kuhinjska sol, sušeno povrće 30% (mrkva, pastrnjak, luk, krumpir, celer, poriluk, paprika, peršin list, češnjak), šećer, kvaščev ekstrakt, začini (crni papar, kurkuma, kopar).
Način upotrebe: tijekom kuhanja ili pečenja jelo začiniti Vegetom Natur. Jedna žličica (3 g) dostatna je za 250 ml juhe, umaka, salate, riže, tjestenine. Meso i ribu s obje strane bogato posipati.
Kako čuvati: čuvati na suhom mjestu i sobnoj temperaturi.
Rok trajnosti: 2 godine.

Šećer je prirodni konzervans. I sol. Nešto mora biti... I ova home-made vegeta sadrži sol. Ali nema glutaminata.

Nikad nisam koristila Vegetu, bas zbog MSG-a i sad me razveselila vijest o Vegeti Natur. Medjutim, ne znam u sto da ju stavljam (nisam ju jos ni kupila), jer sam se navikla na kuhanje bez Vegete. Jeste li ju isprobali (ovu novu)? Kakav okus ima?

Zadani

Ne koristim vegetu niti bilo koji industrijski pripravak. Kupujem krupnu sol koju sama meljem, sušim bilje koje koristim za jelo. U vrtu sadim ono što mi treba. Neke držim u vazama na balkonu. Jeftinije i po meni bolje.

Ram, gdje kupujes krupnu sol i kakvo joj je porijeklo (morska ili iz rudnika)? U cemu je problem s morskom soli iz npr. solane s Paga?

Ja sam isprobao novu vegetu. Meni je odlična. Vidi se da nešto fali, a to je meni pozitivno - dok mojim ukućanima je iz istog razloga:

Kupujem himalajsku sol- kamena.
Za pašku sol sam svašta nešto čula. npr. da samo mali dio završi na hr tržištu, a ostalo je iz Tunisa piše na deklaraciji, samo što malo tko čita.
