zasto se sam ne opustis? Uz laganu muziku... gledanje prirode... ljubav prema maci ili kuci... nekoj zeni...

ako ovi ne moze, ti ODMAH pronadji neki ili neke nacine da se opustis. Bili sta sto nece biti neko nakaradno ponasanje. Gledaj "filmice" na netu... zabavljaj se... opustaj se. Ne salim se, to je TERAPIJA!!! Ali ne idi u krajnost. Opustanje nije NAPREZANJE, naprotiv. Nikakvi medikamenti te nece OPUSTITI VEC SAMO UMRTVITI, to jest - umiriti. Jedi slatkise... idi u duge setnje ili kupivinu... nadji neki hobi i umaraj se malo pa ces videti kako ces se opustiti.

Koristeci cajeve ili bilo kakve hemijske supstance ti ces tvoj neuroreceptorski sistem navici na odredjenu hemijsku formu koja ce ti stvoriti zavisnost. Poput kofeina nikotina ili bilo kije supstance koja utice na neuroreceptore i tako na raspolozenje.

Poenta je u tome da NE SME koristiti supstance koje STVARAJU ZAVISNOST. Tako iz loseg ide u gore. Ista zavisnost ali psigoloskog tipa je kada imamo neku rutinu pa ona prestane. Osecamo se lose i neugodno. Situacija je jedno a reakcija je drugi. Mnogi ovisnici od alkohola i narkotika tvrde da su samo hteli da se opuste jer nisu mogli da se nose sa zivitnim problemima.

Theanine je aminokiselina (nalazi se u čaju i nekim gljivama) a ne droga.

Theanine ima kemijsku strukturu vrlo sličnu glutamatu, drugoj aminokiselini koja se prirodno javlja u tijelu a koja pomaže provođenju živčanih impula u mozgu.

Neki učinci theanina su slični glutamatu a neki čini se blokiraju glutamat.

Uzima se protiv anksioznosti i stresa, depresije, šizofrenije, za prevenciju Alzheimerove bolesti, ADHD-a te za poboljšanje mentalne sposobnosti i pažnje. Isto tako se uzima za smanjivanje krvnog tlaka, prevenciju gripe te za smanjivanje neželjenih nuspojava kod uzimanja lijekova protiv karcinoma.

Prema Svjetskoj zdravstvenoj organizaciji droga je "svaka supstanca, koja je u stanju da, kada se nađe u živom organizmu,modificira njegovu jednu ili više funkcija i da nakon ponovne upotrebe dovede do psihičke ili fizičke ovisnosti".

Napominjem da ne smatram ovu supstancu drogim, ali nikako se ne sme podceniti preterana upotreba.
u li kovima iznad realni korisnici iznose zapazanja nakon upotrebe. Ko ne zna eng. Mora prevoditi u google tr.
nije dovoljno "izguglati" pa procitati prve linkove. Oni su obicno delo hakera i poaceni su. Tek na drugoj ili trecoj strani su realniji tekstovi.

Ništa što se uzima u velikim ili nepotrebnim količinama nije dobro - mislim da to više i ne treba naglašavati inteligentnom čovjeku.

Čak i C-vitamin ili magnezij u pretjeranim količinama nisu dobri jer će izazvati proljev, a radi se o vitalnim elementima za naš organizam. Čak i od vode možemo umrijeti ako se naločemo prevelike količine u kratkom vremenu.

Razliku između otrova i lijeka čini samo količina.
