svega pomalo od onoga što si nabrojala osim vježbe...

imam malo dijete pa mi to nije potre bno

imati jedno malo dijete je stresno u mnogo slučaja, a mogu misliti kak je ako ih ima više

kako se nosite sa tim stresom? meni tu niš ne pomaže, šuti i odradi, kada nešto ne ide onda jednostavno ne ide

ili bi to trebala biti nova tema?

Imam ih troje. Možeš zamisliti, kakav je to stres.

Ja se borim sa stresom tako, da grickam nešto fino. Ponekad vježbam. Pomaže i topla kupka.

Ovo je moje misljenje vidim dva pitanja vi i djete.sta raditi po meni djete koje je zivo treba smiriti cime disanje usporeni puls disanja rasterecuje brige.Opcenito je dokazano ljudi koji meditiraju manje su stresni toga danas ima naci svugdje knjige o meditaciji.Moja preporuka stanite pet minuta sjednite na pod udisaj kod izdisaja kazi ja sam opusten trajanje 5 minuta na taj nacin micews svijset s obisnog stanja napetosti i uznemirenja zivcani sistem se smiruje informacije koje su preopteretile zivcani sistem nema i on se opusta i smiruje to treba polako uvesti kod djece kroz igru i vjezbe njima ce se svako novo ciniti zanimljivo a vi cete ih pomalo uvuvci u kontrolu sebe svojih mislim i svjesri i rastweretiti sebe,Po mnei treba probati sumnjam da druge metode osim vikanja i nervoze mogu koristiti vama i djeci.

Zivimo u vremenu u kojem smo neprestano izlozeni stresu. Zivimo brzo,ali uvek mozemo za sebe izdvojiti neko vreme u danu,koje cemo posvetiti sebi i opustiti se.Svako od nas treba da odabere kako mu je i sta mu je najprijatnije.Bilo knjiga,odabir ljudi,drustvo koje nas cini srecnim i pomaze da napunimo baterije. Knjiga,tisina,muzika,setnja,meditacija,vezbe...Kod svakoga je to nesto drugo.I sve je dobro ukoliko nam to prija.
Fakat je da sebi ugodimo bar sat vremena dnevno.

Potpuno se slažem. Svako jutro okrenem sve svoje prekidače na ON i oni rade. Zatim, kad mi se stress nagomila: DELETE. Je l' to TO?!

A što je sa stresorima: krivnja, sumnje, strahovi, zabrnutosti, fobije, traume, emocionalne povrede... Da li da se isključimo i iz normalnog života. Nije tako jednostavno.

Stress je način i alat, odgovor na promjene i on je neminovan da bismo mogli u akciju. To je prirodna fizička reakcija našeg tijela. U trenutku kad nas recimo nešto iznenadi, mi smo spremni na borbu ili bijeg. Mozak pošalje informacije da se tijelo pripremi, poraste šećer u krvi, trombociti se smjeste pri površini kako bi bili spremni u slučaju povrede, adrenalin nas ispuni, srce poveča broj udaraca, disanje se ubrza i produbi, itd. Međutim, ako to ne istrčimo, ne izvičemo ili se ne potučemo, nastaje problem. Tada se neiskorišten potencijal međustanično parkira. Jednaki kemijski proces se zbiva i kad se prisjećamo nečeg što smo doživjeli jedino tada nismo svjesni vanjske opasnosti, ali naš mozak daje istu naredbu.
Da Vam bude jasnije: "U kuhinji u jednom vrhunskom hotelu napravljen je jedan kratki test. Komisija je naglo banula vrhunskim kuharima i rekla im da imaju samo pet minuta vremena za ispeći kajganu.
Rezultat je bio iznenađujući. Niti jedan od kuhara nije uspio. Bilo je tu i požara, i opekotina, i razlivenog ulja i popadalih jaja.
Za kajganu je dobrom kuharu potrebno minuta i pola do dvije."
Je li sad jasnije?


Ako je u sobi potpuni mrak i tog trena ništa ne vidimo, ne znači da su namještaj i ostala oprema nestali iz prostora. To samo znači da ih mi ne vidimo i da smo mi tog trena uskračeni za jedno osjetilo koje smo navikli zdravo za gotovo koristiti.
