Hvala na odličnim tekstovima, mada bismo se za tuđe kofere mogli ipak upitati da li su oni uistinu tuđi ili su ipak naši, jer sami smo kreatori svojih emocija i reakcija, sami odlučujemo i biramo kako ćemo se osjećati bez obzira što se događa oko nas. Znači kao što su problemi u nama tako su i rješenja.Jedino je problem kako pročistiti vlastitu podsvjest i OSLOBODITI SE. Mene je pokrenula rečenica jedne osobe, Samo si ti odgovorna za sebe i svoje zdravlje, na tebi je da odlučiš i počneš tražiti put.Zato smo tu da razmjenjujemo iskustva. Hvala svima

Ne možemo nositi tuđe smeće jer emocije i smeće koje poizvodimo u našem umu, tjelu... je opet naše smeće. Nitko ne može osjećati niti misliti umjesto nas, svaka emocija, osjećaj je proizvod isključivo našeg uma (reakcija krivih programa naše podsvjesti) bilo da nam se dešavaju lijepe ili ružne stvari u životu. Stvar je kako ćemo ih doživjeti, prihvatiti ili pružiti otpor (blokada). Zato je bitno otpustiti to smeće, jer ne možemo mjenjati druge, možemo mjenjati samo sebe, a sa pozitivnom energijom i iskrenošću prema drugima mjenjamo i njihovu reakciju prema nama (ne baš u svim slučajevima), ali treba pokušati jer otporom samo pogoršavamo stvari.

Znam da za svoje reakcije i osjećaje uvjek imamo opravdanje i tražimo krivce ili rješenja negdje drugdje, a svi odgovori su samo u nama... .....

Kužim ja to, ali mi se nije raspisivalo na 7 riječi replike A još i ne mislim drugačije, nego hoću da vidim gdje se ne slažemo.

Samo postoji razlika između mog smeća, i tuđeg smeća koje je postalo i moje ili je negdje u vremenu ta razlika postojala.
Moj veeeeliki problem je bio upravo preuzimanje tuđeg smeća, al ono s osmijehom i još sec i reću Hvala!


…a o zmajevom biseru ni rijeci!

Što ako nam to smece gomila osoba s kojom zivimo i koju ne mozemo promijeniti, ja pokusavam mjenjati sebe, ali kako se potpuno izliječiti ako zivimo s osobom koja je puna negativne energije? :/

Jesi li razmišljao da se makneš od osobe koja je puna negativne energije? Njeno prisustvo u tvom životu te stalno podsjeća i inicira na promjene koje bi trebao napraviti. Ti doduše znaš koje su to promjene u tvom životu.........ali.......

Nije bit da se maknemo, promjenimo, jer negdje drugdje će nas vjerojatno čekati neka druga "negativna energija", bit je u našem doživljaju te energije, jer samo smo mi ti koji "odlučujemo" kako ćemo se osjećati bez obzira što nam se dešava.
Obično kada na negativnu energiju odgovaramo negativno (ljutnja, strah, tjeskoba, povlačenje) ta negativna energija se multiplicira. Treba oprostiti , otpustiti ljutnju i zamjeranje.... (roditeljima , ali i sebi) A još kad bi bilo jednostavno utjecati na vlastite negativne emocije...., ali jedan od najvažnijih koraka je saznanje da je odgovornost i rješenje (sloboda od negativnih emocija) u nama samima ....

sve je to lijepo u teoriji, no u svakodnevnoj praksi života s osobom koja širi negativnu vibru, stvari stoje malo drugačije.
U biti, tu je riječ o obliku mentalnog zlostavljanja, a počesto i o gruboj maipulaciji osobe u čijim je rukama moć upravljanja nečijim životom (primjerice, najčešće u odnosu dominantnog i manipulativnog roditelja prema djetetu ili muža prema ženi koja ovisi o njemu).
Ajmo reći da se donekle možeš uzdići iznad te situacije i protumačiti si da je ta osoba jednostavno puknuta i negativno nastrojena, pa čak se do izvjesne mjere i emotivno distancirati od nje, no to svejedno neće riješiti brdo tehničkim problema suživota s njom. Nije lako ostat normalan u svemu tome. Zapravo, usudila bih se čak reći i da je nemoguće. Ne u potpunosti. Ljudi se razbole, na ovaj ili na onaj način.
Jedini izlaz je maknuti se od nezdrave situacije...no obično potraje dok se stvore uvjeti za takvo što.


Samo budale i mrtvaci ne mijenjaju mišljenje
