Koliko ja znam, Budisti su majstori u postizanju stanja uma bez misli. Pored njih i ostali istocnjacki filozofski pravci njeguju slicne tradicije. Ja nisam strucnjak ni za meditaciju ni za svu tu filozofiju ali na ovom forumu pise obilje jako strucnih ljudi iz ove oblaasti pa oni svakako mogu pomoci. Ja za sebe koristim jedan mali trik pozajmljen upravo iz Budisticke prakse za situacije kad misli krenu da se roje u trenutku kad mi ni za sta ne trebaju. Jednostavno se koncentrisem na cula. Koliko god misli iznutra novirale ja drzim paznju na iskljucivo na onom sta cujem, vidim, na osjecaju mirisa, okusa i dodira. Nastupi trenutna tisina u glavi. Nakon pet minuta pocne da popusta paznja pa misli opet krenu ja ih jos jednom rastjeram i tako "zavedem red u kuci". Nije neka basnoslovna tehnika ali kod me fercera i mnogo cesto je koristim. Za vise od ovog pitaj kolege, znaju zaista mnogo.

Hi!

I meni se događa stalno da previše razmišljam; naprosto nesvjesni i duboko ukorijenjeni obrazac..

Mislim da pomaže kada se čovjek opusti ovim redoslijedom

1. joga
2. meditacija
3. tai chi
4. aerobna aktivnost

tako se primpremaš i kanaliziraš štogod te u glavi muči.



Poanta je imati jasan PLAN, i MOTIVACIJU. PRIDRŽAVATI SE PLANA i uspijet ćeš.

Dok bih najradije ovako posložio

No teško da ću to ipak uspjet izvest. Ma koliko se trudio 21 stoljeće me ipak maltretira.
