Pozdrav.
Da malo podignem temu..

Prije dva mjeseca "zaradio" sam tinitus, otisao kod ORLa, napravio test za sluh, ostecen mi je malo sluh, posto radim u buci.. To vrijeme dok sam bio na poslu nije bila znacajna buka, mozda je povod tinitusu bilo je udaranje cekica, ne znam.. Dosao doma s posla i nakon cca 1-2h i iznenada je pocelo sumiti u lijevom uhu i to dobrano, nakon par sati se sum poceo smanjivat, prva tri tjedna, sum je bio znacajan, pa mi je i odredjena buka smetala (promet, glasni razgovori) nakon tog vremena, sum se poceo smanjivat a i osjetljivost mi vise nije tolko visoka tj nepodnosljiva za usi, mogu rec da se smanjilo to na prihvatljivu razinu.
Dal bi to mogao okarakterizirati kao privremenu traumu sluha? Dal postoji mogucnost da se donekle sluh oporavi? Naavno, kolko i ako je to uopce moguce.

Od tog "incidenta" na poslu, koristim cepice za usi +antifone, dupla zastita:) orl je napisao daljnje koristenje zastite za usi, u planu je promjena radnog mjesta, usprkos zastiti za usi, ipak nekak strahujem da jos dodatno ne ostetim sluh pa je bolje da smanjim boravak u buci.

Kolko citam, za navedeni problem ne postoji rjesenje, nego samo ublazavanje problema odnosno navikavanje na sum, a koji bi s vremenom trebao isceznut odnosno naviknut se da ga covjek vise ne registrira.. Dost ljudi ima s tim problema a i dost se njih navikne na tinitus tak da je prakticki za njih nepostojeci, tak da izgleda psiha igra kljucnu ulogu kod tog iritirajuceg problema..

Da li postoji neko alternativno rjesenje u obliku nekih tinktura, cajeva i sl da se ublazi tinitus?
Vele da za svaku tegobu postoji lijek u prirodi. Dal to mozemo reci i za tinitus:)

Nažalost, ako je došlo do oštećenja sluha, to je ireverzibilno jer se neurološki sustav ne oporavlja lako. Zaštitu si trebao koristiti prije. No, probaj vidjeti koji suplementi utječu na bolju prokrvljenost mozga i na ublažavanje neuroloških simptoma. Pada mi na pamet Gingko, kao jedan. Zatim veće količine kvalitetnog B vitamina s aktivnim oblicima vitamina, posebno B6. Uzimaj prehrambeni kvasac (ne onaj za tijesta i kolače nego nutricionistički kvasac).

Također magnezij, kalij, lecitin, odnosno choline i svakako Omega 3.

Zaštitu koristim praktički cijelo vrijeme, imam neke jeftine antifone koje firma daje, naravno, bilo je i povremeno korištenje bez slušalica na poslu.. Dok sam oštetio sluh, kupio sam bolje antifone i koristim još uz njih i čepiće za uši, razlika postoji, al nakon par sati na buci, dođem doma, šumovi i piskanje se čuju, tek se predvečer smanjuje, izgleda da se uši tj sluh ne stigne odmoriti, kolko god sam pojačao zaštitu sluha, opet neki određeni zvuk propusti, pa vjerojatno i to u manjoj mjeri potencira tinitus..


Maknuo sam se privremeno sa izvora buke i situacija se radikalno popravila, tinitus je prisutan al u značajno manjoj mjeri, čak bih rekao da je tu tek tolko da se čuje u pozadini, onaj neki lagani mali šum ili kao neko zujanje komarca u daljini.. Jasno mi je da sluh više ne mogu popraviti, al opet htio bih da kolko tolko minimaliziram tinitus..

Fizijatar me uputio na pretrage za obaviti, rtg (imam kifozu) kralježnice i cd vratnih žila..
Ako se pokaže da i tu šteka (prokrvljenost) onda se nadam da ću i tu uspjet nekaj napravit te dodatno smanjit problem tinitusa..

Prethodno dok sam bio kod ORL, napravio sam audiometriju, rekao je da je to tipično oštećenje sluha uzrokovano bukom.. Na nalazu napiše pod preporuku "i dalje korištenje zaštitnih sredstava za sluh"..
Zar nije trebao napisati tipa, "maknut se sa mjesta gdje je buka" i sl?
Mislim ono, imam oštećenje sluha i onda veli, "koristi i dalje zaštitna sredstva".

Radim na tome da se maknem sa buke, bar privremeno pa ću vidit dalje.. Kod mene se situacija popravlja, sporo to ide, al samo ako izbjegavam buku onda se vide rezultati..

Dodatno dr. Berg savjetuje uzimati Benfotamin, to je oblik B1 vitamina - 150 mg 3 puta dnevno.
