I samo ću dodati da je svako živo biće drugačije i ono što važi za jednoga ne mora važiti za drugoga. B12 je akumuliran u organizmu i vremenom se troši, a teško nadoknađuje. Pogotovo ga teško nadoknađuju vegetarijanci. Stres također ima veliki utjecaj na potrošnju B12. Niti svi imamo jednako akumuliran B12, niti svi jednako reagiramo na stres, niti svi imamo jednaku sposobnost crijeva da proizvede B12. Vitiligo i hašimoto su autoimune bolesti i sigurno je da genetika ima neku ulogu i u tome, ali sve za što bi se tvrdilo da je ili nije uzrok je čista špekulacija.

Osobno mislim da je B12 zanemaren, a vrlo važan. Najžalosnije je da se niti liječnici ne sjete da osoba može zbog njega biti anemična pa trpaju u ljude željezo bez rezultata.
da budemo precizni potreban nam je NEURO B12,ima razlike ,pogotovo kod onih gde je stres, i neuskladjena ishrana okidac za pojavu razlicitih autoimunih bolesti


Mislim.....dakle nisam prisutna.

Ja sam imao hipervitaminozu sa vit B12
Pretpostavljam da to i nije tako loše jer koliko sam čuo B12 je prevencija protiv raka

Imala sam i ja, recimo ; lupam ,od normalnog 45.... ja sam imala 1450 .....i osecala se izvanredno, krvna slika idealna.....labor. rekla da jos nije videla tako dobru krvnu sliku!


Mislim.....dakle nisam prisutna.

Promicani izvori B12 za koje se pokazalo kroz direktna ispitivanja vegana da su neodgovarajući, uključuju ljudsku želučanu bakteriju, spirulinu, sušeni nori, ječmene stabljike i većinu morskih trava. Višestruka proučavanja vegana koji jedu sirovu hranu pokazala su da sirova hrana ne pruža posebnu zaštitu.

Jedini pouzdani veganski izvori B12 su namirnice obogaćene vitaminom B12 (uključujući neka biljna mlijeka, neke sojine proizvode i neke mješavine žitarica za doručak) i B12 dodaci. Vitamin B12, bilo da se nalazi u dodacima, obogaćenoj hrani, ili proizvodima životinjskog podrijetla, potječe iz mikroorganizama.

PPS: Biljke ne sadrže B12 a meso je loš izvor jer se B12 iz mesa loše apsorbira

Ja uzimam radi predostrožnosti B-kompleks jer sam pred par godina preboljela mononukleozu koja iscrpi sve zalihe svega :D :D :D našla sam si ga sad za 30kn na myproteinu za koji kažu da je kvalitetan - i za mene nema straha od stresa i inih problema :)
