Druge vrste trzavica ali na sličnoj osnovici imao si i ti kao mesarski sin pa si postao vegetarijanac.

Tu je ujedno i objašnjenje zašto je Hitler mrzio Židove....

Dete Svetla razjašnjava izvrsno vegetarijanstvo bez trzavica koje tebe muče a koje hoćeš predbaciti njenoj podsvjesti.

Zanima me da li neko moze da kaze sta bi bila vegetarijanska zamena za zivotinjske proteine a da je u koncentrisanom obliku. Znam da mahunarke imaju mnogo proteina ali ne moze ni 4 puta nedeljno pasulj da jede, a soju odbijam jer sam ubedjena da sva vec genetski modifikovana. Oni joj recimo predlazu da za dorucak pojede tri jajeta i ukupno pet belanaca!!! Sta je alternativa takvim suludim savetima?
Prvenstveno daj djetetu namjestiti atlas da joj se ispravi kralježnica a onda neka radi fizičke vježbe za jačanje muskulature koja obuhvaća kičmeni stup. Hraniti se svakako može i bezmesno - to sa bjelančevinama životinjskog porijekla je glupost. Ima mnogo sportaša koji su vege, pa čak i bodi-bildera.

Spelta je vrsta "stare" pšenice i daleko je pametniji izbor za konzumaciju od današnje.
Međutim, spelta isto sadrži gluten, a on baš nije pametan izbor bez obzira da li je osoba osjetljiva ili ne, a boluje od karcinoma.
Općenito ne vidim neke velike koristi od žitarica, povrće je bolji izvor, ima više nutrijenata i lakše je za probavu, a benefiti od zelenih sokića da ne spominjem.
Što se tiče tjestenine, možda je najbolje zaboraviti na nju, a od žitarica koristiti quinoju, amarant, eventualno heljdu.
