Moj je neki jeftilen, s vinčinom i par E-ova, 9,90 kn.
Rijetko ga koristim.
Probala neki dan dimljeni sejtan, jednako je bljak.
Izbacila sam i soju iz prehrane, patim za dimljenim tofuom...

Ne znam zašto ti se ne sviđa dimljeni, meni je mrak! Sama ga pacam i priremam za dimljenje, a kolegica je maherica za dimljenje, dakle sve domaće. Soju ni ja baš ne koristim u prehrani jer sam dobila savjet da ona nije za mene, previše je "hladna" za moj organizam. A i ona mi je fina...

evo upravo sam otkrio seitan. još ga nisam probao ali sam odlučio da ga ovih dana napravim. pa zanimam me koliko može stajati u frižideru iz vaših iskustava jer negdje kaže da može stajati 2 tjedna a negdje kaže da može stajati 2 dana. mislio sam napraviti par kila pa ne želim da propadne.

Može, radim po ovom receptu sa Coolinarike (a tu ćeš naći i puno drugih finota!) http://www.coolinarika.com/recept/se...omacoj-izradi/, a poham ponekad bez jaja, samo u smjesi brašana 850 i vode (posolim i začinim) ili klasično ili sa gotovom Podravkinom smjesom Fant Hrskavci pa odmah imam i gotov umak...

Pozdrav svima! Da se malo uključim .Evo mog recepta za seitan, nama je super! Nakon što ga napravim i ohladim narežem ga na komadiće.U loncu prodinstam veću kolčinu narezanog luka (oko tri do četiri veće glavice) dodam seitan i još malo prodinstam onda stavim vegete žlicu ajvara i tri do četiri žlice umaka od paradajza(ne koncentrat).Onda stavim jedan deci bjeloga vina dolijem vode jedne šalice i to skuham.Dobar tek!
