U tome i jeste štos. Inače bi bilo jednostavno spojiti uzrok i posljedicu i detektirati kvar.

Isto kao što možeš jesti mlječne proizvode bez trenutnih posljedica a dugoročna šteta je velika za cijeli organizam.

Meni je ta intolerancija mutni i nedovoljno istraženi pojam. Koje su metode ispitivanja na intoleranciju?
Netko mi je opisao neki postupak koji se svodi na isto kao i mjerenje za utvrđivanje koji vitmanini i minerali ti nedostaju. A potonje mjerenje ja najobičnija prijevara, mjeri se otpor kože na pojedinim akupunkturnim točkama.

Ne znam kako se mjeri - ja mogu samo iskustveno i iz prakse na nekoliko primjera potvrditi da jedno ima definitivno veze s drugim. Kako je znanost do toga došla, ne znam, ali i službena medicina poznaje taj problem koji je tek recentno malo bolje proučen. (u sljedećem postu je odgovor)

Plus važnost zakiseljavanja - PH faktor, koji je za žitarice visok (posebno pšenica čije se brašno koristi pri izradi sejtana) - jedine žitarice koje djeluju lužnato su quinoa, amarant i proso. Gluten kao bjelančevina dakle, zakiseljuje.

A grah (provjerila sam) djeluje lužnato i nisam našla ništa loše u smislu djelovanja na organizam. Također ima niski glikemijski indeks, za razliku od pšenice.

Treba također voditi računa o tome da "sirovi" sejtan možda ima nisku kalorijsku vrijednost ali ga nikada ne jedemo takvog nego se obično prži, poha, peče, marinira - pa mu to itekako dodaje na kalorijskoj vrijednosti a i štetnosti. Seitan se nalazi i na popisu nutricinističkih no-no namirnica:

kad napravim seitan, škarama ga izrežem na komadiće nešto veće od prosječnog ćevapa.
najčešće ga jedem tako da ga dodajem u gulaše i tako ih obogaćujem.
katkad kupim u pekari lepinje, i napunim ih seitanom koji sam prethodno popržio na ulju u tavi i naravno začinim.

Ja am ga pohala, ali meni baš nije sjeo na želudac kako treba zbog tog ulja od pohanja. Drugima je bio super ali meni...

Napravila sam seitan, zanima me mora li on biti ovako spužvast, kao komadići soje, da upije vodu? Kuhala sam u tkanini, nisam skroz jako zavezala krajeve (ali je bilo napeto) - je li možda zbog toga? Ja bih da mi bude čvrst...

Kad sam ga ja radila prvi put isto mi je ispao tako spužvast i nije mi se to baš svidjelo. Dobila sam savjet da ako se želi napraviti čvršći da ga se zamota čvrsto u gazu. Tako mi je ispao super.


Jedini način da živiš je da pustiš i druge da žive.
