Zadani Vegetarijanska prehrana

Vegetarijanstvo je način prehrane, koji isključuje konzumiranje mesa, peradi i ribe. Postoji nekoliko vrsta vegetarijanske dijete. Neke ne dopuštaju konzumiranje jaja, mliječnih proizvoda i meda.

Veganstvo je jedna od vrsta vegetarijanstva, koja isključuje iz prehrane sve produkte životinjskog porijekla, kao što su riba, meso, perad, jaja, mliječne proizvode i med.

Većina vegetarijanca konzumira mliječne proizvode, a neki od njih jedu i jaja. Lakto-vegetarijanska dijeta uključuje mliječne proizvode, ali isključuje jaja. Ovo-vegetarijanska dijeta dopušta konzumiranje jaja, ali ne i mliječnih proizvoda. Lakto-ovo-vegetarijanska dijeta isključuje iz prehrane i jaja, i mliječne proizvode.

Razloga za vegetarijanski način prehrane može biti mnogo: moral, religija, kultura, etika, zdravlje itd. Potvrđeno je, da pravilno sastavljena vegetarijanska dijeta zadovoljava sve potrebe organizma za nutrijentima u svim fazama života.

Istraživanja potvrđuju da vegetarijanska dijeta u velikoj mjeri snižava rizik od raka, srčanih bolesti i drugih zdravstvenih problema.

Ja sam lakto vegetarijanac. Mislim da mliječni proizvodi u kombinaciji sa žitaricama čine savršenu kombinaciju. Nema potrebe odbaciti mliječne proizvode i med. Krava je bogom data, da čovjeku daje tu čudesnu hranu mlijeko.

Ja sam laktovegi. Još uvijek mi paše svježi sir, jogurt, a što se tiče mlijeka, sjećam se svog djetinjstva i bake na selu koja je imala krave - voljela sam to mlijeko, krave su bile hranjenje travom, sijenom, bez dodataka nekakvih čudnovatih smjesa čime ih danas hrane, pa je i okus mlijeka bio drugačiji. (meni osobno puno bolji)

nadam se da nisi mislio na industrijski obradjeno mlijeko, a da ne spominjem kako krave redovito dobivaju hormonske dodatke i antibiotike...

s druge strane, postoji dosta informacija o nekorisnosti i neprobavljivosti (za ljude) kravljeg mlijeka, bilo prirodnog, bilo industrijski obradjenog...

po poznatom nutricionistu Norman W. Walkeru, jedino je nepasterizirano kozje mlijeko pogodno za čovjeka...

bilo koja vrsta pasteriziranog tj. prokuhanog mlijeka nema nikakvu hranljivu korist, samo povećava sluz u organizmu...

Često koristimo domače mlijeko, ali moram priznati koristimo i kupovno jer ne možemo uvijek doći do domaćeg. Volio bi kada bi mogao imati svoju kravu ali za sada je to nemoguće.

Postoji drugi problem kada imaš kravu, ako hoćeš da daje dovoljno mlijeka mora redovito rađati teliće ( više se rađaju muški ). Kuda sa tim telićima? Vegetarijanci smo i ne želimo ih slati u klaonicu, sa druge strane ne možemo ih sve ostaviti jer sa godinama bi ih se skupilo puno.

pa eto, pređite na kozje mlijeko ako baš morate piti mlijeko, Walker veli da je po sastavu bliže ljudskom, i nemaš toliko brige oko koze i njenih potomaka koliko oko krave...

Evo da i ja nesto kazem na ovu temu...
Bila sam vegeterijanac dve godine,a sad sam vegan,vec nedelju dana uz primenu solarne joge...Moram priznati da se odlicno osecam i da uopste nemam potrebu za mlecnim preradjevinama,kao da ih nikad nisam ni konzumirala. :)
Savetovala bih svima da pokusaju bez mlecnih preradjevina jer se time nista ne gubi,sve ima u biljkama.Uzimam i dalje dodatke ishrani kao sto su soja lecitin i inaktivisan kvasac,sojino mleko ponekad kad ustanem i tako... Ne znam sta bih jos napomenula...A da...Ne konzumiram belo brasno i secer ni u kom obliku sem u svezem vocu.Krompire i pirinac jedem jaaako retko jer nemaju neku hranljivu vrednost i tako... :)

Koje hormonske dodatke dobivaju krave u Hrvatskoj? U SAD-u se kravama daje rekombinirani goveđi hormon rasta, kako bi krave proizvodile vise mlijeka, ali taj hormon je zabranjen u Kanadi, Japanu, EU.
