Moj prelazak na ovakav nacin prehrane nije bio postepen, sve se odigralo preko noci.
Nikad i nisam bio 'afirmisan' kao mesojed pa ovakva promjena mi nije tesko pala.
Nakon jednog dogadjaja u zivotu jednostavno sam imao potrebu da prestanem jesti meso. Sada jedem voce i povrce koje bih jeo i inace. Ne jedem nikakve 'egzoticne' stvari i ne trazim mesu zamjenu (npr. soja, koju ne volim :/ )
Osjecam se bolje nego ikad u zivotu. :D

Ja sam gotovo prestao, i sad vidim kolko je dobro. Dogodi se da nekad pojedem meso (kod nekog na ručku ili takvo nešto)
, osjećam se zatupljeno i teško nakon takvog obroka.

Ja ne jedem meso 5 godina, od svoje osamnaeste. Prije mjesec dana ubacila sam ribu u ishranu samo iz razloga sto se plasim da ne naskodim sebi vegetraijasntvom. A inace meso ni kao dijete nijesam voljela, jedva su moji sa mnom na kraj izlazili da ga pojedem. I ovo sto sad jednom u 15 dana pojedem po jednu ribu- na silu radim.

Ja iskreno se i ne sjecam kakava sam ja bila kad sam jela meso, ne pamtim sebe, jer je to uvijek bilo u minimalnim kolicinama, a uzrok zbog kojeg ga ne jedem bio je iskljucivo i samo ljubav prema zivotinjama - bila sam dijete.
Nemam pojma, u proteklom periodu mi je bilo lose i onda zelim da uvedem neke novine u zivot, pa je ta riba jedna otih `noviteta`, koliko mi je to pametno ne znam..

Mislim da zaista nema potrebe da na silu uvodiš ribu u jelovnik. Treba jesti dovoljno zelenog (sirovo je odlično), povrća, mahunarki, grahorica i leće - umjesto ribe uvedi u jelovnik alge koje su odlične kao dodatak varivima a podmiruju dosta potrebe za širokim spektrom minerala.

Ja ne jedem meso 30-ak godina a ne jedem ni soju, tempeh, tofu, sejtan i te stvari jer ne smatram da su čemu posebno dobri - i sa zdravljem sam sasvim ok. Nikad u životu nisam bila slabokrvna niti mi je željezo palo a na to su me svi živi upozoravali i prijetili mi posljedicama.

Ako baš misliš da moraš nešto životinjskog porijekla uzimati, onda neka to bude svježi domaći kravlji sir i jaja poznatog porijekla.

E voca jedem jako puno, i svjeze vocne sokove, povrca isto tako
a ni ja soju nikad nisam mogla da jedem, ne znam svi su mi se iscudjavali- i naravno istraumirala sam se STA CE MI BITI, MOZE LI MI SE NESTA DESITI i sl.
I ja sam potpuno zdrava( sem nekih problemcica (psihicke prirode) o tome sam pisala na jednom od topika :))) )ali ne pamtim kad sam bila prehladjena, i ne znam da me nesta zaboli i sl- tih vrsta problema nikad nisam imala ;) a sa krvnom slikom nikad nisam imala problem- nego kazem strah me je pokrenuo da ubacim ribu.. ali iskreno mozda sam 2 pojela- ne znam ocu li i jednu vise ;))

E vodim ja racuna da se kvalitetno hranim i sve to unosim, e pa ok onda, nikakav ja boljitak nisam osjetila jeduci te ribe- tako da ih vise necu jesti...
I eto npr nemam problema sa kozom, kilogramima, kosom, ne znam i te neke stvari... mislim da ima i tekako uticaja to sto ne jedem meso ;)
