Kako objasniti primjere sa koncentracijom B12 manjom od 200 ng/L bez ikakvih simptoma ?

Osobno sam mišljenja da je potreban balans u tijelu, ali na ovoj temi mi se čini da se ide prema tome da je nedostatak B12 uzrok svih problema

Uh! ovo je fakat jako, jako loš nalaz. Treba bi biti negdje oko 600 a bolje još i više. Mogao bi imati neurološke smetnje ali i bilo što na skali ovdje spomenutih. Teško je reći što konkretno, jer će to ovisiti i o nekim drugim stvarima i stanju tvog organizma. I ja sam donedavno govorila, ma dooobro sam, možda malo umorno ali to je normalno, pa svi živimo takvim tempom. I onda samo preko noći, došla kap koja je prelila čašu i drus!

Jako, jako bih ti preporučila suplementiranje pod hitno - možda najbolje kvalitetnim B-kompleksom ali, s obzirom da manjak B12 obično ide u kompletu i s manjkom D, onda si uzmi i kvalitetan D (iz lanolina) - preporuka za proivod na temi od D vitaminu. Ne možeš s njim pretjerati - slobodno uzimaj do 4000 jedinica.

Ma ne ide se uopće za tim, ali smatram da je jako bitno naglasiti važnost B12, s obzirom da je jako puno ljudi u manjku.

Jednako sam pisala i o drugim vitaminima, npr. D - koji je isto ključan za metaboličke procese i kojeg apsolutno svi imaju premalo.

Balans se podrazumijeva - zar moramo to naglašavati?

Hvala ti na savjetu nisam uzeo sebe za primjer nego sam čito istraživanje o tome na netu. Osobno se nisam testirao.

Također biološka istraživanja ne uzimam kao činjenicu jer ne gledaju uzrok nego posljedicu. Ali ovo je jako duga tema pa da je ne načimam sada.

U svakom slučaju neka svatko vidi za sebe.

Pa gle - jedno je uzrok - o tome fakat na nekoj drugoj temi, ali kad se desi deficit koji ugrožava zdravlje, da li ćeš onda debatirati o uzrocima ili ćeš ići gasiti požar. Gubitak moraš nadoknaditi, radio ti na uzroku ili ne jer se neće nadoknaditi sam.

Poanta je da je oboje bitno, a iz osobnog iskustva rekao bi da je ovo prvo puno bitnije jer od svih navedenih 'bolesti' koje se pripisuju nedostatku vitamina B12 oboljevaju i ljudi koji ga imaju u normalnim količinama...

Siguran sam da jesu. Jer se B12 nalazi i u ustima a te tablete se zapravo trebaju otapati pod jezikom.

Smatram da je važnije koliko puta tjedno se uzima neki dodatak prehrani od same količine i da bi kod B12 optimum bilo 10 x mjesečno tj. svakih 3 dana.

Prvo, kako znaš da oboljevaju ljudi koji ga imaju u normalnim količinama kad se te pretrage kod nas uopće ne rade, a čak i rijetko vani?

Drugo, malo mi je nevjerojatno tvrditi da rješavanjem uzroka nestaju svi problemi i simptomi i da se čovjek čudotvorno oporavi sam od sebe samo udišući zrak.

To bi značilo da čovjeku nije potrebna kvalitetna prehrana, da mu nisu potrebni makro i mikronutrijenti - samo je bitno da nije u stresu i ne doživljava konflikte? Pa kaj smo anđeli? Eterična bića? Ajmo se uozbiljiti.

Tko je taj koji ne doživljava konflikte i koji makar ponekad nije u stresu - ajd baš da ga vidim! A sasvim sigurno će se organizam lakše nositi s naporom ako je kvalitetno opskrbljen svime što mu je potrebno za homeostazu, ako se pravilno hrani i uzima dodatke za koje je utvrđeno da ih danas malo tko može dobiti dovoljno samo iz prehrane.
