oboje je ok ...doduše, kako ja stavim manje mlijeka da bude kiseliji i gušći, primjetila sam da je stajanjem u friđu još malo kiseliji...vidi pa isprobaj. ja ga doduše nisam nikad držala "na čekanju" dulje od jednog dana tako ocijeđenog...

da se pohvalim, moj prvi sir od kefira je gotov kremast je pa sam razmišljala da ga iskoristim kao namaz na kruh, ubacim sjeckanog svježeg bosiljka iz vrta i možda malo crvene mljevene paprike. jel netko radio nešto slično?

a mogla bih ga jednostavno iskoristiti u zeljanici :D

Dobila sam kefir gljivu na poklon. Potopila u mlijeko i radujem se tome da sutra oprobam. Kakva imate iskustva s njom?

I ja sam je opet nabavila prošli tjedan.

Ukusna je, jako dobra za probavu. Množi se ko luda, ali zna i dosaditi, pa ju je zato praktično osušiti i tako čuvati dok je se ne zaželiš opet :)

Ps. spojila sam teme jer je već postojala o kefiru.

Pa te veće grumene možeš bacati ili pojesti.

Oprala sam je, stavila sam je na krpu i poupijala vodu s nje i ostavila sam je do jutra da se suši iza peći kraj dimnjaka i bila je suha skroz. S prstima je nisam uopće dirala i zamotala sam ju u celofan jer sam je slala poštom.

Aktivira se s mlijekom, treba joj par dana.
