Pozdrav,

novi sam u ovome i sori ako je isti ili sličan post već bio, ali zanima me što je najbolje uzeti za doručak kako bih dobio energije za cijeli, ili barem veći dio dana.......

Jao ....novi član pita a nitko ne odgovara.....sram nas bilo Evo ja ću.... Jutro volim započeti svježim voćnim sokom. Pokazalo mi se da jedenje voća (banana, jabuka, sezonsko..) kroz cijelo jutro daje izuzetnu energiju....još kad pojedem nekakve orašaste plodove... osjećam se super, puna energije, ništa mi nije teško. Ako pojedem nakakav sendvič ili nešto slično, umrtvi me, pospana sam.

dakle ako bas treba neki dorucak prije 11 ujutro onda voce.. ili sirova hrana koji taj proces ciscenja ne ometaju previse..

naravno dobro je i za zadnji obrok u danu iskoristit isto pravilo.. znaci sirov obrok za kraj i pocetak dana

Upravo tako Uoo Nema boljeg "čistača" organizma od voća i svježe iscjeđenog soka (prirodna destilirana voda)... Sok pijem odmah, čim se probudim...oko 10 -11 počnem jesti voće (koliko god, dok ne osjećam sitost). Kako radim i ne mogu ranije ručati, oko 13 jedem orahe, bademe...svašta nešto...i doista svaku glad utaže. Taman do ručka

Smoothie. Dvije vrste voća + bademi (lješnjaci ili orasi) s malo vode i stevia. Od voća je poželjno da jedan komad bude kivi ili ananas jer sadrže više enzima od ostalog voća. Tu spada i papaja ali je teško nabavljiva. Može se dodati i kokosovo ulje, ekstra djevičansko, hladno prešano.


...ako tvoj brod ne pristaje u luci ti doplivaj do njega...

Zavisi kakve su potrebe kog organizma. Ne moze covek kopati kanale ili istovarati cement sa 2 jabuke ili mandarine u stomaku
Ja licno miksujem par dorucaka pa vrtim u krug:

- trenutno sam u fazi pecene bundeve
- ovsene pahuljice sa semenom lana i suvim vocem , pomesane sa jogurtom
- sveze voce, najcesce banane ili jabuke
- iscedjen sok od grejpfruta, jabuke i mandarine
- sok od cvekle ,jabuke, sargarepe
- kupus salata sa rendanom sargarepom i malo masl. ulja
......

Bitno je da bilo sta zdravo stavim u stomak i da imam tu naviku, koju goooodinama nisam imala

Bitno je da bilo sta zdravo stavim u stomak i da imam tu naviku, koju goooodinama nisam imala
oooonda me ocito nisi upoznala

jer itekako moze..
trenutno mi dnevno prodje i po 10-20 tona vreca i kaseta kroz ruke..
vise i bolje energije od sirove hrane nema..

ono sto ti trazi kruto i kuhano je toksicnost organizma.. posto ta kruta kuhana hrana prekida proces detoksifikacije koji moze biti dosta neugodan ako je kolicina toksina u tijelu veca..

radi te detoksifikacije se ljudi osjecaju malaksalo, boli ih glava, trbuh.. nemaju energije.. itd..

i onda naravno kazu.. PA NISI NISTA "KONKRETNO" JEO!.. to je zato!!

al naravno to nema veze sa time.. vec sa visokom toksicnoscu organizma.. kad pojedemo "to nesto konkretno" sve sto ce se desiti je prekid detoksifikacije i radi toga instantan osjecaj "da smo bolje jer smo nesto pojeli"..

al kao sto rekoh.. to nije radi nutrijenata koje cemo iz te hrane navodno dobiti, vec radi toga sto ta hrana blokira taj prirodan i normalan proces ciscenja toksina iz tijela..

kao sto antibiotici blokiraju ciscenje tijela ubijajuci bakterije.. pa svo smece ostane u nama jer ga nema vise sto "izbacit van" i opet iznova obolimo vrlo brzo nakon "kure antibiotika" posto je uzrok bolesti jos uvjek u nama...
isto tako i kruta kuhana hrana blokira to ciscenje al na jednoj drugoj razini blokirajuci endokrini sustav..

zdrav i cist organizam se bez obzira na razinu gladi nikada radi toga ne osjeca lose ili malaksalo.. to su simptomi visoke toksicnosti.. a jesti krutu kuhanu hranu je samo stavljanje poklopca na taj smrad da nam privremeno ne smrdi.. no ako lonac nije cist.. smrad se uvjek vrati iznova.. i iznova..

eto.. svidjalo se nekome ili ne tako stvari stoje :)
