Hvala ti jopa11, no mnogo važnije od evidentiranja kalorija je npr. način kombinacije namirnica (zbog različitog probavljanja i iskorištavanja u organizmu) te njihov GI (glikemijski indeks).

Brojanje kalorija je bilo hit u devedesetima.

Ali kao informacija je ok koga zanima.

Izdvojite 1 sat dnevno za trcanje,brzo hodanje prije spavanja i nema potreba za brojanjem kalorija!

Inače, nisam napisao ali sam u treningu i trener mi je zadao neke obaveze, uključujući brojanje kalorija (mislim, ne strogo, već da okvirno ne pretjerujem, već da pazim na neki dnevni limit), pa reko da podjelim stranicu. Meni svakako koristi :)

Zahvalna je stvar računat kalorije. Dobiješ plastičniji uvid što je to unos i potrošnja energije.

Tablica koju si stavio je odlična. Koristim ju u kombinaciji sa ostalima.

Praktično je napravit tablicu tebi dostupnih i često upotrebljavanih namirnica u excel tablici. Zatim je dovoljno da upišeš količinu i automatski dobiješ iznos kalorija, UH, P i masti.

Treba znati da nisu sve kalorije "kreiranane" na isti nacin i nemaju istu vrijednost.Vidim da je to neko vec pomenuo ali evo ja cu navesti i jedan primjer.

naprimjer 8 kalorija iz kukuroznog sirupa nikad nije isto kao 8 kalorija iz banane.

Kukuruzni sirup nema nikakvu nutritivnu vrijednost odnosno sadrzi prazne kalorije i ima veoma visok glikemijski indeks dok banane sadrzi vitamine,minerale i ima srednji glikemijski indeks.
