Jedan gutljaj iz plastične čaše – i znate, da pijete više od čaja. Iako čaša izgleda stabilno, ona to nije. Jeste li ikad primijetili da je suho voće, koje je ostalo dugo u plastičnom pakovanju, poprimilo okus plastike? To je zbog toga, da ioni hrane i ioni plastike počinju međusobno reagirati.

Izbjegavajte dodavati toksine u svoju hranu. Ovo su smjernice da odaberete - i koristite – zdravo posuđe. Kvalitetno posuđe pomaže da ostanete u dobrom zdravlju i poboljšava okus hrane. Ovdje ćete također saznati koja vrsta hrane brže reagira na plastično i aluminijsko posuđe ili posuđe od lijevanog željeza.


Nije bez veze da se samo staklene i keramičke epruvete koriste u kemijskim laboratorijima, gdje materijal epruveta ne smije utjecati na rezultate eksperimenta. Staklo i keramika su inertni i ne-reaktivni.

Birate samo sveže namirnice da bi jela bila što zdravija i ukusnija. Da li znate da kvalitet hrane zavisi i od posuđa u kojem je pripremate?

Kvalitet hrane koju jedete delimično zavisi i od kvaliteta posuđa u kojoj se priprema. Kada je reč o sudovima koje upotrebljavate na šporetu, najbolje je izabrati šerpe od nerđajućeg čelika, potom od emajla, gusa i vatrostalnog stakla (namenjeno pripremi jela na nešto nižim temperaturama). Posuđe od pobrojanih materijala preporučljivo je upotrebljavati i u rerni, ali treba pripaziti, jer se guma i plastika na njihovim ručkama brzo zagrevaju. Staklo, gvožđe i emajl sadrže prirodne materije, za razliku od teflona koji ima veštačke spojeve.

Neophodno u kuhinji

Svakoj kuhinji potreban je tiganj od nerđajućeg čelika za dinstanje, pečenje i kratko grilovanje, i posuđe s poklopcem za kuvanje povrća na pari i za barenje ribe. Pri održavanju posuđa od nerđajućeg čelika važno je prati ga bez velikog grebanja, a prilikom čišćenja tiganja od istog materijala poželjno je upotrebljavati četkicu za pranje.

Najbolji izbor za visoke temperature

• Posuđe od livenog gvožđa ili gusa dovoljno je jednom nauljiti kako bi moglo da se koristi (nenauljeno brže otpušta gvožđe). Za to je dovoljno manje od kašičice ulja. Takvo posuđe treba zagrejati na šporetu ili u rerni (45 do 60 minuta na 40 do 65° C ) pre upotrebe, dok iz njega ne počne da se dimi.
• U tom trenutku površinski sloj ulja vratiće se u pore posuđa i stvoriti površinu za koju se gotovo ništa neće hvatati. Iako dolazi i do oksidacije masti, pri čemu nastaju štetni slobodni radikali, na kraju će dobijen sloj omogućiti da se u posudi od gusa besprekorno može kuvati na visokim temperaturama. Jednom pravilno nauljeno posuđe pri sledećoj upotrebi traži vrlo malo ulja.
• Ovo posuđe otpušta malu količinu gvožđa koja nije štetna za zdravu osobu, ali ako neko u porodici ima višak gvožđa u organizmu, treba da izbegava pripremu hrane u njemu.

Kvalitetno i povoljno

Pri kupovini posuđa od gusa budite pažljivi.

• Ne sme biti neravno ili kvrgavo.
• Rapavost mora biti ravnomerna, a pore sitne i fine. Što je površina bolje obrađena, lakše će upiti ulje.
• Ne bi trebalo da ima izbočine i ne sme biti okrnjeno, niti sme da ima izlomljene ivice.
• Boja treba da bude ravnomerno siva, bez svetlijih i tamnijih mrlja. Ako nije, znači da metal nije ravnomerno zagrevan i da može da napukne i da se iskrivi.
• Dno tiganja treba da je glatko da bi ravnomerno provodilo toplotu. To je naročito važno ako ćete kuvati na glatkoj površini, recimo, na ploči električnog šporeta.

Ja nakon pravljenje rucka ili jela sve to brzo prebacim u plasticne posude.Znam da, i to nije dobro,ali bolje je nego da bude u loncima i slicno...
no ne znam gdje naci zamjenu za plastiku?
Neke posude u sto mogu prebaciti hranu?
Mozda drvene?

Za pohranu hrane možeš koristiti drvo, emajl, staklo, inox, čak i papir. Mogu se kupiti staklene zdjele sa plastičnim poklopcem. Mislim da je to vrlo praktično.

Uh! Ja se upravo pitam koje je suđe uopće zdravo. Izbacila sam teflon i uvela keramičke tave, pa sada čitam da ni to nije zdravo ... čak je navodno i nehrđajući čelik nezdrav.

Znam da je staklo najbolje, ali ne moš u staklenoj tavi peći ...

A kakav bi ti wok? Ja imam jedan koji uopće ne koristim a od gusa je, baš onako težak, pravi ...

Izabrala sam ovu temu jer nisam željela otvarati novu. Zdravo ili neuzdravo, želim wok.

Pa najbolje je emajlirano ili željezno, ja sam kupila takav wok ovdje https://www.google.hr/url?sa=t&rct=j...85761416,d.bGQ

No onda sam shvatil da ne paše na naš štednjak jer nemaju rupu, a imao je okruglo dno pa se ljuljao, ali inače imaju i s ravnim dnom :)

U konzumu imaju na akciji set od 4 emajlirane posude za 200 kn
